i have seen an STS kit on a C5. looks like alot of work to install. it runs the returns on each side over the rear wheels through the rockers and to the TB. if you keep an eye out you can get used headers for our car for cheep. i got LPE stainless ones with an X-pipe for $300. they had a crack in them where the bracket is on the torque tube. clay, have you looked into the LT4 hot cam, heads and intake yet?

remember everything you add to this means you have to tune. it would almost be worth the LS1 pcm swap.

buy an alternator and take with you. if its charging @ 15.07v its over charging and should be replaced.

seal it while you can. then vapor barrior, insulation, drywall. i am just about done with hanging dry wall in my basement. i've done about 90% by myself (had some help hanging drywall on the ceiling and some of the wireing that was all jacked up from whoever installed it) its all pretty easy.
