No they won't start showing up in airshows until they are in service for a while. Yeah you aren't going to be able to get great action type shots with the A720IS. A decent camera and lens to capture that sort of thing isn't too bad until you want to start freezing action and need/want to be able to shoot in overcast conditions or poor light. A good lens is more important then a good camera. Thanks!

Been moved into and cut off around turn lanes so many times I lost count, it's nearly a daily occurrence driving to and from work. That's in both the car and on the bike. People are just driving worse and worse and are becoming more and more unattentive. Rule number one, never escalate a situation Danielson. Should have just pulled over, called the cops and reported an SUV driving recklessly if it pissed you off that much. I don't think a judge would side with you either since you pulled up next to the SUV in the same lane to have words with him.

It looks like I'll be there for the ride. I had my times mixed up and we aren't dropping of the kids at camp until 3-4.

I used a Canon 40D. I shoot everything using M, manual mode, so I have full control over all the settings. I never touch any of those modes you see with the little pictures like the little guy running for sports mode or the mountains for outdoors/landscape mode. Thanks.

Thanks. I used the Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III non-USM. Only the second time I've used it in maybe the last 3 years.
