  1. I think I have hit that block wall! I lost 8-10lbs really quick and now I am stuck. I pushed it a little hard last night on the heavy bag. Couldn't hardly get out of bed this morning.

nah that's a lot of weight in a short amount of time. 19-20 days in with 70 left right? The easy weight is gone. You still have a good amount of time, the rest should melt off as you go. Just stay consistent.

  2. argument can mean assertion too. i think thats how he was trying to use it, not as in verbal conflict or debate...

IMO what does make the topic moot is the fact that the established case law says that simple open carry, lacking any criminal activity, is NOT legal grounds for a police stop.

    +1

I've had LE tell me that if someone calls, because I'm open carrying, they need to check it out. (In regular discussion, I haven't been stopped for OC) My response is that whoever receives the call should discuss with the caller whether or not something illegal is actually happening not just because I have a weapon on me and that carrying is legal. If I get stopped while doing something legal you can guarantee I'm going to treat it as harassment.

  3. Figured it was on of the few things we might actually agree on. I've never been called a squid for something my bike did at rest. Actually, never been called a squid at all, or called out for giving squidly excuses. Guess you know me so well...sweetheart.

I was merely replying to the topic at hand and I think I clarified the squid comment before my last reply to you. Don't be so sore there, honeybun.

  4. If it's illegal to park in these hashed areas at the end of the rows, why would different cops on multiple occasions say it's ok to park there when asked? Are these LEOs wrong? Possibly. It was the Beavercreek PD at Fairfield commons and The Greene...

Or are you saying it's illegal merely because it is "squidly?"

They are wrong...kind of. If I remember right those laws (safety zones,...) are generally done at a local level so it might differ depending on what town you're in, but really it would probably take the owner of the business/property to do something about it either way since it's private property. Them telling you that you can park there probably over steps their bounds for the same reason.

Squidly only in the view it sometimes gives to "cagers" really.

Oh and the comments from the perfrct one continue...

Glad you think I'm perfect...thanks sweetheart.
