I have the XD 40 subcompact and i like it alot. It breaks down easily too for cleaning. It's a great gun. I wouldn't mind picking up a S&W M&P 40 or 9 cal gun at some point.

I shot trap a few months back. I sucked this last time. I did pretty good back in March but this last time I only busted a few birds. I gotta get back out and try it again, it's more fun to hit a moving target than a piece of paper.

+1 When I jumped my battery using my car I rode around for a while stayed in a low gear to keep the rev's up so the battery would charge.

Leave the battery in the bike if it's convenient. Having the motorcycle battery hooked to your car isn't going to charge it, you're just jumping it. It'll charge as you are riding it once you reach a certain RPM. I would leave it hooked to the car with the car and bike off for a minute or so and then try to start the bike. It should start.
