  1. Mine have been on the back of the bike since about 5? They'll heal faster than me ;) jk, finally they can plant feet on pegs and they wear gear, plus the harness so taking longer rides with them this summer, before it was under 40 stuff. Screw the soccer moms, their friends see them picked up from kindergarten on a motorcycle instant street cred for your kids! Finally got some intercoms its an awesome feeling when your 7 year old is giggling in your helmet when you gas it a little.

    sent from my phone

  2. I'm just surprised people think he was this "super guy" I've hated him for years cause he's a dick. sometimes they dont pull the camera off him in time. I'll give some credit to his publicist though for keeping it all out of the papers til now. Now John Daley thats my golf hero!!

  3. save up or buy used instead of getting some cheap POS from walmart. Marantz or Denon can usually be had reasonable if a few years old. seriously I have a Marantz that I think is like 90w/ch thats about 7 years old and will smoke anything out there you can buy for 70 bucks or whatever.... probobly wouldnt ask alot of $ for it but the kids jam their Miley on it so can't sell it now...

you might also be able to find dirt cheap or free an old old DD decoder, I would of given you mine (from back in the days that recvrs didnt have digital inputs) but I wired up the garage recently and use it as a pre-amp out there, instead of looking for a pos recvr since I don't use 2 of the channels on the Rotel anyway in the family room.

I'll check around tho, might have a bud looking to unload something, or might have something laying around in the basement.

  4. Never heard of Centurion, they are picking up Centennial Wireless though. It makes me happy that that company will be gone soon, but they did typically cover their market well, so if you were in an overlap area your coverage may improve, but they were roaming partners so its unlikely there will be a huge difference either way.

  5. Hopefully there is more to it than FB, but I've seen/known more than a few people scamming disability insurance so while I hate insurance companies, don't really blame them for checking into some of this stuff. Especially with depression, yes I know its real and some people are worse than others but its also the catch-all for attention whores.

As for how they got in?? Huge mystery there, sent a request w/ "farmtown" or "fishworld" or "mafia wars"

  6. Um she should not have to use vacation days for work to go to court her job is protected unless she did the crime.

+1 Exactly what I was thinking. If your subpoenaed and your not the defendant the company HAS to give you time off without penalty. I don't believe they have to pay you but she doesnt have to burn vacation days if she doesnt want to. Don't let em get off, lawyers jack around like this hoping no one shows and the scum get to go do it again to someone else.

  7. Adding numbers are easy if you have them stored electronically somewhere else, there is always a way to import. I had mine backed up to gmail from an old palm, pushed the BB contacts in too and GV is nice enough to merge them! had to do a little clean up but nothing major. It was nice because they were already grouped, and I automatically blocked all the calls from where I work in case they ever stumble on that number ;) GV would be great if you had a small business, or liked changing carriers all the time. Or even for me if I could use it for work I would, so I didnt have to carry two phones. I wanted to use it to lose the landline but so far the wife still wont give it up....

  8. Been using it since it was Grandcentral. Have 2 of them.

while its intended purpose would be great if your single, with moltiple lines i havent really found a way to use it as our Primary number.

I actually got the origianl number because it was local to where all my family still lives in Indiana, none of my family has had a long distance charge calling us in a long long time.

I also grabbed one when we moved to the toledo area because we kept our MI cell numbers for freinds and family to call us toll free, and this gave us a local number to give out instead of our cell numbers for people who still use those crazy things called landlines ;)

So in summary I use it for:

Family to call us toll free, and avoid toll calls myself. Works great if you have a "my circle/fav 5/free incoming/freinds and family etc and can live without caller id...unlimited minutes to everyone!!

School emergency number, rings every phone everywhere!

    Call my buddy in Canada

Prank people with sms feature since not a whole lot of people know it, and its so easy to sms bomb people with a keyboard! Plus if its funny you have a log of it!

give out to salesfolks so if its leaked it can be blocked.

    Voicemail

Had some quality problems since the google takeover with the 419 number other number trouble free since the beginning

  9. If your going to get an HP you need to get their business stuff, thats usually pretty solid and we have some ancient ones around here still kicking it but the normal consumer stuff is crap, if you get a dell make sure to do your backups! The notebooks are solid and take a beating but i've burned through so many hard drives it isnt funny. Not a problem here at work, just ris a spare and you're done...if I paid my own money i'd be pissed though. Their support isnt half bad to deal with. HP I don't remember.

  10. I've got Galfer lines Front and rear with EBC HH pads on the front. Haven't had any issues with Galfer lines. I agree about the rear not being needed though. I got it because I like the look.

+1 all the way around. Running Galfer lines for about 3 years now, no problems. Cant really compare to anything else though, just tell ya they work and price wasnt bad.

also agree rear is unecessary, but did that and my clutch anyway so I could look cool
