Yeah I said the exact same thing to him about the angles and locations.. they were great pics.. I was averaging 1:44-145 in traffic and almost broke into the 1:42's. I had repeated low 1:43s showing on the timer . My Goal is still to hit 40 or below by the end of the year. Im pretty sure I can do it. Hell I think :43's are damn good for a non racer but I would love to hit the 40 or sub 40 mark.

First thing you will probably notice in the vids is that I could make up allot of time just from where Im holding my RPMS in corners, I could get faster acceleration out of turns if I kept them higher,, Im thinking of changing the gearing to suit mid O and also changing to a R1 throttle tube for shorter rotation to WOT. Honestly, just another reason to work on the bike, I enjoy working on it, and those are fairly cheap mods unless I do a 520 which I know lizard wants me to do. Definitely doing the R1 throttle tube as I catch myself not rotating to WOT on the straight..

Took the test 1 month after buying my first bike 05-750 and having never ridden before. Passed the first time. Im sure luck helped.

Lizard did give me compliments at the track although I know he will never admit it. I will always having something I can work on at the track. By the way, the videos are edited and I will hopefully be uploading them to youtube tonight.. Their upload page was down for maintenance last night and I cant do it here at work.

Im grinding shifter, brake, and pedals and I already removed the 1/2 posts from the bottom of the pegs to give more clearance...

Yeah I will be working on getting off the bike more. Yeah I am running stock rearsets.

I have metal flakes on my pipe from dragging my brake pedal and rearsets.. The shifter lever and the rearsets on the other side are ground down also from dragging them. Time to invest in some aftermarket adjustable rearsets.

They give you a sticker to show what group your in so you dont ride out in the wrong group. And also so that they can put their mark on it once you pass tech inspection. A - Advanced I - Intermediate N - Novice

More,, Here is one of Lizard And more of me. I think these are pretty cool with Lizard in the background. I had asked him to follow me a few laps and critique me.. As usual his only advice was go faster brake harder dont be a pussy... Worthless bastard that guy.. So the truth is he was actually trying to keep up but couldnt .hahahahah The day was awesome, I ended up running really consistent lap times at what I feel is a good pace. By the end of the 2nd session, I was averaging 1:44 lap times with repeated 1:43's.. Not bad for a non racer as well as having Intermediate and Advanced group together so there was some traffic... Another instructor and even Lizard complimented which Im sure will be the first and last time he does that. I will work on getting the videos uploaded.

So I ended up doing a last minute track day on sat. Well my buddy has an interest in photography and came up with his setup and ended up snapping over 400 photos. We showed a few of them to Monte and he may actually end up getting to be one of the track photographers for Mid O STT events. I also had my on board camera setup but I dont have those vids edited and uploaded yet. Any ways, here are some pics..
