Well, I was supposed to be in NYC from Thurs - Sat and then fly from NYC to Miami and be there Sat night - Tuesday for work. Then my schedule changed at the last minute and I was not in NYC for the weekend but I never RSVP'd to Satan since I thought I would be out of town.

As an FYI, novice on the track does not mean the same thing as novice street. Novice track riders are still dragging knee on the corners.

They will not split the I group and make them run N... In Novice, you are following an instructor and cannot pass. You are not following instructors in I or A and are allowed to pass anyone. Also, its usually 5-6 20 min sessions.. Ive never heard of 3-10 mins or 2 - 30 mins.. You get way more time then that at a track day.

If its your first track day, you NEED to run novice.. Make sure to ask if they have a novice group for the day your signing up for...

WTF.... I was a CE at UD small world.

Yeah it was about 2 years ago and it was because 1 or more people got killed on Park Ave that night.. Not because they wrecked a bike but because someone got pissed and smashed a guys head in with a brick.. There have also been a couple of shootings on park Ave during the bike event.. a few times in the past, people walked up, shot someone, and rode off on their bike.. No warning no conversation, just pulled the trigger and rolled off.
