What are you looking to get done?
Remember that some smiths only focus on certain types of work. For any modifications related to 700's, Howas, etc, I would suggest Mark Gordon at Short Action Customs as he is the best around. He does not do restoration, shotguns, pistols etc as his primary focus is on the precision rifle market.

Im open to whatever market price is. My first price was based on what I saw on amazon.

Really, No one is interested?

Guys, Im considering selling my GoPro HD Hero 2 and I also have the WiFi Backpack and remote kit for it. As you know I sold both my bikes last year so I dont really need this anymore. Anyone here interested?
New the Outdoor edition goes for $259 on amazon and the Wifi backpac + remote is another $130.
Thats $390 if you were to buy it all new before shipping and its in great shape and only been used a few times.
I was thinking $300 for everything. Anyone interested?

My guess is they will try and show that the someone didnt do their part to determine the ground stability or prep before building as grounds for a lawsuit. Especially if there is a known issue with limestone and ground water erosion in the area.
-
Typically in kentucky it's fronm the limestone being eroded away by the semi acitic water (our rain water is acitic), their limestone is is different than what we have here. This is my guess but I haven't seen anything on the actual cause.
Crappy thing is that the skydome was just built in the last few years. I have a feeling their will be some lawsuits against the contract/builder

Saw that this morning and sent to my dad. We picked his vet up at the museum a few years ago. Sad to see it happen but really interested in the cause.

I wont be there. I need to train for an upcoming match which means doing some rifle work. And since I have steel targets setup out to 700 from the deck, I wont be going anywhere.

Bumpy Bumpy.. Reasonable offers considered.

You mean this 40rnd magazine I was playing with about a month ago. This is legally owned by a friend of mine who is an SOT2

I would highly recommend checking out the LASR software as well.

Oh...we need to make this happen but shooting outside right now would be, well a little cold as shit. Not to mention I didn't bring my outerwear to be outside for long periods of time...I came down for work remember. But I'm up for playing around with the SIRT/LASR stuff. I'd bet I'm soooo bad of a shot right now I'd miss 9 out of 10.
Shoot me a text if you're serious and we can work out something.
BTW...Mambourg, Cox and I are meeting this evening for a few drinks and food out this way. Short notice but if your not busy come on out.
Cool
I cant do anything tonight but shoot me a text in the morning and Ill let you know if Im working from home or not. If you did want to take a crack at a long range target or 2, I have plenty of crap you could wear. Like I said, you only have to step out the back door onto the deck and that part of the house is shielded from the wind.

You are a BOSS for sure I shoot things I can see with my irons.. LOL!!
Dont get me wrong 22 pistol with irons at 300 is definitely rocking kentucky windage/elevation but its not overly difficult and super fun. I think we were shooting at a big dirt clod out in the field
We were making hits on 8"x14" steel with 22 rifles at 400 a few months back in 15mph winds. Definitely not consistent but still fun. Biggest problem was running out of elevation in the scope.
At 165 yards we could pretty much stack a 2-3" group with the 22's
-
Kinda hard to do with your handgun huh? This is a fun system to play with for training with the ccw.
I shoot my 22 pistol out to 300
-
I say you set it all up and I can come over tomorrow and play with it to see if I want to invest in it. I'm working near Canal Winchester until Friday.
Im probably working from home tomorrow so that may be an option. And I have targets from 300-700 that you can hit from the deck for rifle. If I had more steel I could get to 840 without ever leaving my deck.
-
Right now, SIRT is only in the Glock or the new M&P. Depending on which model you get you could have $500 wrapped up in it but when you think about it, thats a 1 time cost. You dont have the cost of ammo, gas or time gettting too/from the range or rental fees, and you can practice anywhere and everywhere so the versatility is amazing.

Wonder how this would work on a Smartboard.
Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
if you're using the webcam with the software you will want a non reflective target. i tried it on picture frames and clock faces and it doesn't like it

Im sure some of you have seen this on the absolute BS blog but I recently picked one up at SHOT Show and love it.
Couple this with the LASR software and you basically have a simulated range anywhere you can setup a laptop and webcam. For any of you that are interested in improving your skills on your own time, I would recomend checking out these.

Public Firing squad where average citizens can bid to be a part of the firing squad. They could use that money to recoup some of our tax dollars spent housing him for however long he's been in.
