I think youre being fed a line of bullshit. If you knew a bit more about how these things work, you would know that you cant have a left hand BGC with right hand extractor. Did someone maybe put the wrong BCG in? Possibly but shit happens. Stag makes a quality product.

Knowing some of the things I do about certain people I know in the past that have been caught with body armor and their reasons, I cant in good faith give you any direction other then tread lightly. Im hoping this is something you want for nothing more then an "Im cool factor" and if its more then that, you need to revisit your friends or reasons for wanting one.

I just brought back from TX 1000 bullets for reloading my 308 for shooting matches. Granted they are not dangerous at all but I had the wonderful note from TSA inside my bag when I landed saying they had gone through my luggage. Oh well, at least my stuff made it. Other then that, I always do carry-on.
