  1. You flipping the bird said otherwise.
  2. Happens to me all the time. Most time I don't even honk. They look right at me and I shake my head and continue on my way.
  3. It's all good. I was at a lost because It didn't make sense to me. It's hard to know a persons intentions and interpreting them by just reading a post online. Using the smilies on the side help a bit at times.
  4. Damon, we all like to have fun. So don't take things personal and you will enjoy the site. Some will annoy you, but just ignore them. We have ups and downs like anywhere else. Now, the preacher guy "sweetheart" comment lost me and looks like it was addressed towards me since he quoted my post, but I just brushed it off because I'll never know the guy most likely. Post pics of the high end Duc if you got any before the 8 miles.
  5. $27k + sportbike into a dear at 8 miles would make me so mad.
  6. It stopped being good after Ofallon, tracy morgan, tina fey ,amy poller, the fat guy, etc... Left. They were the last hilarious crew. These days the cast isn't famous at all because it is lame. I loved it from when I could remember in the 80's to the crew I mentioned. Now I forgot it existed.
  7. Oh, bummer. Now I have no idea where to go.
  8. Nice. I want a black orange combo with flake soon. I will be reaching out to 614.
  9. Ducs, I don't get the hype. Never have. Enjoy what you like is my moto though. I never have been one to care what others think. So enjoy your Ducati love and realize it's just my opinion. Hell I'm a Kawi and MV Agusta guy. Welcome!
  10. I love the Beemer. I'd take it over a ZX10 any day though. I sense a serious reply. I'm just enjoying busting balls. I love to joke around, if you aren't like that then I'm not someone you should be talking to. True love is the MV Agusta F4 1000 though. My dream bike.
  11. I took mine in 2004. I'd say I learned from the slow figure 8, but use 2 fingers on clutch, especially on sport bikes. Got to keep that grip on the bar when under full power. I can't believe they teach 4 fingers. About 1 week after, guys that have amazing riding skills told me to forget that 4 finger crap if you ever want to be a good rider. I realized why they told me that after I started doing 2 fingers only. It's a good basic class but very outdated. Now that you have basics down, buy a 2pc suit and just do 1 track day in the beginners group and you learn to handle your bike so well it's ridiculous. Do it! Just once is better than nothing. I did a track day after 2 seasons and I swear it taught me things about me and my bike I would never learn without the professionals or on the street. I apply what they taught me subconsciously every time I ride.
  12. I'm a weekend guy most likely.
  13. What an idiot. I think he doesn't understand what America is or that Idaho is part of the United States of America either. Let some big prisoner ass rape him and then tell him to go back home. Wow, I was embarrassed just watching that video.
  14. It's all good NinjaDoc, I was just explaining because I took your post as a little humorous. This place grew soooooo much that some left because of it. Maybe they got out of their comfort zone as it grew, idk, but I've heard many reasons from the ones that still stay in touch with me personally. I never left because I realize all things change. It's gotten so big which is why I never post rides anymore. They just get too big at times. But I enjoy talking to everyone though.
  15. You don't need the internet to be a motorcycle rider. I have heard many reasons from some personally that range from not liking all the new people that joined to just getting burned out with the forum. Many reasons why people come and go dude, it's just the internet, life goes on. I don't know how old you are but I'm guessing young because being offline doesn't mean you quit riding.
  16. She went through a parents worst nightmare back in 2010. She kind of vanished after that. She was a great person. I was looking at her profile last night actually. It would be cool to see her again. Her husband was a good guy too. He was gone a lot in the Marines I think.
  17. Yeah, a hell of a MAJOR recall defect!
  18. Suntorn was his screen name I think. Never heard from him since. His highside looked soooo deadly when he flew by us. He got very lucky because a car just went by at that intersection.
  19. That picture is awesome Josh. There is a Ducati Desmodeci in there too! Haha. That bike was amazing. Most expensive bike I ever been on a ride with, that's for sure...probably only too. Aren't those around 80k? When you paint your bike Andy? You glad you did?
  20. Holy shit this thread is nostalgic! I ran into it looking at profiles of riders that aren't on here much anymore. 37+ or more riders! Was something I stopped putting together because of the size just got too big over the years, but it was definitely very memorable. I will never forget all the big group rides I led from 2008-2010 they were a blast. I just had to stop because the groups were just getting too big to handle. Nowadays I'm a 6 group max guy unless it's an fast paced ride that someone ELSE is holding.
  21. Hello! Hope you guys are doing well. Sure miss the old days when us originals always use to ride.:woo:

  22. How's John Jr. doing these days? I was reading an old thread about our rediculously HUGE group ride we had in 2010 with that bad highside at the end and remembered your screen name when I saw it.

You should join me and 3 others on a ride sometime. Be nice to see you again, shoot the shit and do some riding.
