More people riding equals more wrecks. I get annoyed by hearing about every wreck. Thank god we don't have someone that does car wrecks too. A member of the site though is a good reason to share if they died or not, but just posting about wrecks is lame IMO and someone we don't know personally too. No offense to original poster. If you are constantly obssesing over wrecks or deaths then maybe you shouldn't be a rider. Be safe but don't be thinking of faces of death 24/7.

Oh yeah, I remember the crazy bicyclists. I don't know what ride it was; maybe it was this one. They ruined much good miles.

I was lead so I appreciated that he went to the other lane instead of plowing into us all which would have been HORRIFIC. That was a nasty wreck. him and bike went cart-wheeling across the crossroad at great speed. He got lucky for sure. Broken collar bone, wrist, and a few others IIRC. You are one dude I always love to ride with G. :woo:

You would enjoy seeing all the ride photos on my pc from over the years. Memories I will never forget.

We use to do many of them around the '08-'10 years. Just kind of faded away overtime and I had twin boys come into this world in 2010 and I just stopped putting them together. You should have joined earlier man!

Damn did we wake up the back roads! Plus the Ducati Desmo with us that day was rocking the decibels! Hope all is well too these days with the one that high-sided at speed cartwheeling across the road at the end of the ride. Till this day that was the most horrific crash I have seen. Other than that it was a great experience for everyone. Some are missing from this photo, but we had almost 40 riders that day or more!

Wonder if we'll ever have another one like the 2009 gathering! Tons of pizza, bikes, and riders. That was the time I led around 20+ of us Daytonians up there and accidentally went the wrong way. After I was already there the year before too! Fail on my part that day. Gas stop on the way up there and meeting the North Dayton crew. That wasn't all the bikes parked there. The rest were not in the shot. We had a nice amount with us.

It's a bike thing, fuck a car. Do that some other day.
