  3. Hey guys. I have a Garrett GT4088 for sale. This unit is new, and has never been run or rebuilt. It comes with a rotary/V8 friendly 1.40 divided T4 hot side and 6 bolt discharge flange. Priced to sell, because money is needed! I also have a "sleeper" cell that was custom built to fit in the storage been area of an FC. Great for and Air to water set up, or an auxiliary fuel system. This was used as a secret race gas tank for a street application. Not baffled, but you can use foam if you like.   7. If you want a real rear end I may have a stock TII rear I can spare.... IMO, no point for going from 3.90 open to GXL for just a 4.10 that isn't any stronger, especially when there is a good Mig welder near by.

  11. Who runs 20 psi anymore? It makes 30+ in the low 4's, still impressive. We are also still waiting on real world performance though...

  13. Don't look at me, I have not shoped there in 2 years! Im just saying, general goods (like most clothing, housewares items...ect) are affordable due to outsources labor. Hell, even a FORD is cheap due to outsourced labor!

  15. I wasnt. Its nice if your going for some sort of stock appearing record, but the shaft RPM gets really out of control north of 25psi. They don't last very long at higher boost levels because of it. Just tell them its a JDM turbo when you pop your hood.
  16. Thank Unions, thank the American way of life. Expensive labor makes for products that are sometimes inferior, yet more expensive. We compain about outsourcing, about China/East Asian cheap labor, yet we never complain about the prices we pay at Wal-Mart.
  17. Shit-I have seen 106% spikes when I needed "all of it" for big money races on the smaller turbo in the Colt (circa 500+whp). 850cc injecotrs-turn it up and pray.. If you get close, bump the pressure up. And to think I never melted down a motor. :bangbang: You know it! Answer you phone!
  18. May not make crazy power, but will get ridiculous enough shaft speeds to spin itself apart in short order.
  19. But your considering at 80% Duty Cycle, and unknown (to your calculations) fuel pressure. When I see 80% Duty cycle, I turn the boost up.

  21. You "Shouldn't" run out of fuel at 400whp. My 1600's are good to 700whp on "E".
