  1. He is still getting funded from his late father's hard working trust, so there are no worries there. Question for the court; So, if he is a fat super douche, but a well funded fat super douche, is he still life winning?

  3. For sure. Are you coming up 77 to the turn pike to get here?
  4. Will be there Sunday only. On the dyno all day Friday, and have a Wedding Saturday.
  5. Be ready for the RAPE if you ask for even a bolt from Cleveland PnP
  6. Its hard with the DSMs since I had such a large pile of parts from previous part outs/trades and such...but I am with this one. The most expensive parts by far are the turbos. A big single would be cheaper, but I wanted to work with Chad an On3 for a build and try out what I feel could be a market-killing product. It will probably ready for power pulls in the 5k investment range at this rate, 6k if I factor in the cost of parts I have trash picked (no joking lol) and take away money from parts sold off the car. I basically have everything needed now to make 800+whp on gas. I may alsy be looking to trade+cash my Ls1 for an Iron motor since LS1's sell for so much freakin money. My dream would be a straight trade-Ls1 for Iron 6.2. I really think I can make 1100 whp on the stock rods, although my set up may come on to hard/early to push it that hard.
  7. You went from small kinds nerdy car to smaller super nerdy car?! JK Very tempted at 4k
  8. Its Foreclosed, so Free 95. :fuckyeah: Back and front doors are open. Place is beautiful. Guy built in 06 for 780k. Took an HELOC out for another 100k the year after. Place is worth 450-500 today. Made the call to stop making payments 2 years ago. He let me take the play set and 900 pavers he had to build a Patio that never came to fruition.
  9. Well progress has been SLOW! I guess a baby will do that . I am trying to clear my schedule to have to on the ground by the shootout. I did get the car running NA. All the running bits seem to be in order. Trans/brakes work well-motor sounds healthy. 20 miles later, back on the jack stands for turbo time! Decided to make my life harder and try the twins route. Got a great deal on 2 of these. http://www.ebay.com/itm/On-3-Performance-Billet-67-67mm-Ceramic-Ball-Bearing-Turbocharger-CNC-Comp-Wheel-/151351233402?pt=Race_Car_Parts&hash=item233d3c8b7a&vxp=mtr I will make a separate thread about the quality-I must say I am VERY impressed! They are a real ball bearing CHRA as well. Can't say enough about them or the great customer service at On3. I can't wait to try one of these on a DSM as well. Working... http://i1003.photobucket.com/albums/af154/coltboostin/IMG_20140529_092029_641.jpg Manifolds (using a OEM truck manifold as a base) http://i1003.photobucket.com/albums/af154/coltboostin/IMG_20140712_225311_789.jpg All of my locals with Tig Wleders were busy the day I had set out to weld these, so I just went to town with the good ol' harbor freight Mig. Daddy dont have time to wait! For a 10 year old $100 welder, I am not complaining! http://i1003.photobucket.com/albums/af154/coltboostin/IMG_20140712_225007_880.jpg Who's winning the jack Stand Race? http://i1003.photobucket.com/albums/af154/coltboostin/IMG_20140524_184056_910.jpg
  10. LOL. Hit the nail on the head there.
  11. I think in your line of work, it would be good to have a resume website built by a friend that is an IT guy. In Media/Writing I am sure your body of work is what is most important than that one sheet of paper that says "who" you worked for. Here are 2 good examples- In your field http://www.matthewdehaemers.com/resume/ More of a Marketing base http://www.matthewdehaemers.com/resume/ Takes you here http://meonline.flavors.me/ Simple yet well done things online impress people in your industry. Get on it! Lastly, in this world 95% its not what you know, but who you know. Start reaching out to your industry network. Send out feelers to companies that may be hiring. Someone you have has contact with may not be in a position to hire/fire that they were not in before. Also poke around outside of your box. I work for a mortgage bank and we just hired a full time on site creative design team. That position did not exist besides contract work for us even 6 months ago, and none of the people hired had working in the mortgage industry at all before being hired. Some people may take this the wrong way but if you are a talented person and mildly motivated, getting a job in any field is not difficult today. Companies want GOOD help, and will make room for you if you are a capable employee and can help them grow. Be aggressive, be a bit outside of the box, and you never be unemployed for very long.
  12. What was the address of the house if you don't mind me asking? I know of a 5000 sq foot house in my neighborhood that is empty. Also do any of your friends gamble? They could get cheap/free stay up here though horseshoe.
  13. I still don't think it has been stated. What is your goal here?
  14. The V (at least previous years) is drastically different than the standard CTS in terms of seats/interior and feel of the car. Did you test drive and 09 up V?

  18. Thunder Grey Metalic FTW Get the badassness of black with the laziness of "its dirty as shit, and still looks great!"
  19. They are doing it right with all of this pre-sale hype.
  20. For as much money/time/effort you sink into your car's Id surely hope so.
  21. Good to know. Still shocking how big those cars are.
  22. I could tell it had a different exhaust, but he would not race me in the V so I could not tell you if it was fast. Real or Fake?
  23. So, it a faster version of the Titanic. Got it. Impressive perfomance if that was really bone stock.
