Minus the hillbilly roll-bar fad that died decades ago, I don't mind it. Still reminds me of a Honda Ridgeline (which is far from a Truck IMO), but TDi + Manual is quite bad ass. I see a few pitfalls in it, but overall not too bad for VW.

What year Ram, I've never seen a Skyjacker 12" kit and I sell Skyjacker. 12" of suspension lift is quite significant, and by all means the 94-01 Dodge Ram 1500's can clear quite a larger tire than a 33" on a 12" lift. My stock height 00' Ram sits on 33's now.

My thoughts exactly. It's not always just tire size, but also articulation in your suspension. Not to mention if you're running your air pressure for street use, you won't get much sidewall flex.
