It's sad when larger shops call their work "quality". People bitch, but GOOD work costs money. You want cheap, you'll get cheap, it's that easy. When involving automobiles in general, cheap can mean down right dangerous.

Plastic discs between your frame and body are a really sweet way to git some mud tyrez on. I've seen some hillbilly/ghetto/dangerous shit put together at work. It's amazing how cheap and stupid people are.

From what I know, lots of bleach, power washers, and some other cleaners may fix your problem. Rip all the drywall, insulation, and clean the ever living crap out of it. Black mold can make you pretty sick, I'd change all the filters in the house on top of that.
