  1. 295 stickers is a lot of real estate. Is this vehicle big enough?
  2. So much awesome to this, it needs to be inscribed and adorned on a trophy of some sort. Or one of those awesome wooden plaques you see in offices.
  3. I figured the rounds wouldn't be anything to praise about for holding tight groups. I mostly want to break in the new CMI mags I've got, and get a little range time. I need to find a range with a little distance, but I'll be kinda short on time when I get home.
  4. EXACTLY! I couldn't have said it better myself. Seems like the "younger" crowd doesn't understand discretion anymore. When a large group of vehicles leaves a pretty public area with many eyes watching, it's kind of obvious. There's another reason you probably won't see many out participating.
  5. Trust me, I've had the 500 debate plenty of times. I'm not trying to sound cheap or anything, but $60/20 rounds for shits n' giggles is a hair pricey. I really like the 629 Stealth Hunter, but it's rare to see one in stock. I need to pick up a 590A1 mossberg aswell, so I guess it's not all bad having to wait. The 686-7shot is in the $790 range, 629 closer to mid $800's. The Stealth Hunter is a pretty decent bargain for what it offers. I think either one I'll eventually pick up, but I think I'll have to re-introduce myself to wheel guns again. It's been a little while since I shot a magnum chambered revolver.
  6. I'd video tape that! "A Night With Paris Dying" I would call it.
  7. I consider the 686 a little more versatile for the fact I can also shoot .38's. Another strength for .357 is the fact if I happened to grab it, it's a great defensive firearm. I shouldn't have to worry about over penetration with .357 compared to the .44. But I am swinging more towards the .44 for it's extra punch it brings to the table.
  8. .357MAG or .44MAG? I'm torn as to which wheel gun I would prefer. I'm set at 6" of barrel length, but not exactly on what caliber I want. Eventually I would like to get out and hog hunt or do some other hunting with the firearm. My choices: S&W 686 Plus (.357) http://www.davidsonsinc.com/dealers/prod_images/178030.jpg Or the ever classic 629 (.44): http://www.davidsonsinc.com/dealers/prod_images/150714.jpg Before Austin jumps in to tell me I need a Magnum 500 I'd like to still be able to enjoy a day at the range without spending $50 for 20 rounds.
  9. Forgot to ask earlier, what are you getting as far as fuel economy? Not like it really matters, but anything over 14MPG is a plus to me.
  10. Lemme see the silver one, I maybe interested
  11. No doubt, will do! This saves me from going to the store just to order one. It's been a PITA trying to get ahold of one.
  12. Cocaine and Vegas go together like handguns and line dancing.
  13. Walmart for sure. NOT only are they rollin' back prices everyday, but also carry a good selection of common ammunition along with an impecable produce section. Hopefully there would be no need for a sword, for that would mean the "Z's" got past the final line of advance.
  14. I'd take it, but I won't be in for another 2 weeks.
  15. Fo sho. You should also watch Dawn of the Dead, along with 28 days/28 Weeks later. Gives you a spectrum of what you may have to deal with. Twilight my ass! I don't see no vampires! Zombies man, fuggin' zombies!
  16. Just finishing off my personal armory when I get home. Next step is reloading/buying more ammo.
  17. CDC caught sleeping again? Seems like a 21st century version of the "black death".
  18. Good luck with them tracking your vehicle without using something the size of a hockey puck. I'll show you a pick of a GPS puck, it's pretty damn noticable. If they're using .gov GPS sats, they'll need to track atleast 3 to get a coordinate worth a damn. I wouldn't be too worried about this unless you're on the FBI, CIA, NSA watch list.
  19. Thanks for the heads up! Got some shopping to do when I get home
  20. You tempt me white devil! I wanted a full size 1911, but why not have a mini to complete the set? Lemme think it over and I'll get back to you.
  21. Word on the block was the Radway Green ammo is pretty damn good stuff. Haven't seen any on the market, so I'll probably do some searching when I get home. I was always impressed with the M118LR made by Lake City. But, I'll deffinately check out AIM Surplus aswell, thanks for the heads up.
  22. I'm waiting for more of the Lake City NATO rounds to come in aswell, so I can have some 147's to shoot and the 173's for just in case. I was just thinking about the LMT not the M1A. That should work perfect on it. Bunch of SF boys running around here have them mounted on their rifles. I just got a bunch of XM193 and M855 5.56mm aswell.
