Can never go wrong with a G27 or a G23. I love my G36 for it's .45ACP punch.

Exhaust and the tune up should help out a little bit. Just an FYI, don't expect to see over 13-14MPG on the freeway without a load. The 5.9 isn't the most fuel conservative motor in the world, but it'll get the job done towing things. As far as a lift is concerned, don't even contemplate a body lift. It's the most dangerous, damn hillbilly crap that was ever invented. Spend a little more on a nice coil spring/leaf spring lift. With a nice 2-3" you'll clear 285-305's (33's) with no issues. If the valve covers are excessively leaking, might aswell yank them. It's more of a PITA than anything, but not bad. I love my 2000 Ram Sport, but it's just a temporary DD and all around knock around truck.

I do laugh at this statement a bit. I hear this same banter 24/7 about Fox News, and I have yet to see the truth. All media has their audiences and their own agenda, but the funny thing is Fox has the most diverse viewer base of all the networks. They tend to cover the lesser known evils going on, when MSNBC and the rest of the trash can't seem to put their Bush bashing to rest. I won't comment on the situation Ben posted. But I will say will the "leftist" government in power, this doesn't suprise me.

It's just Scott William Moehl. Most of the time it's up, but I'm not there.

For you, $2. I'm working to see if some female service memebers are willing to take nudes. My mission is coming close to being accomplished. :ninja:

My parents did that without my knowledge, until that night. That was back in Iraq during some operation we were doing.
-
I don't run from a fight. Run for the cardio goodness and for my PT test. We did that before I left for Iraq. They figured a mask run was excellent exercise. I prefered the vest with plates run over the MOPP 4 run personally. Gotta say, doing the mountain climb and rucking a little bit, helps out.
-
Unfortunately haven't quit, but I don't smoke nearly as much as I did. I looked into my records and found my PT test was over a year old. I decided to take one for shits n' giggles, and went 15:48 on my 2 mile. Nothing amazing, but going outside on the track compared to inside on the treadmill were 2 different stories. There's a few points we operate at in the 10-14K altitude range which will kick anyone's ass. I like having plenty of mags and 40mm grenades on me at all times.

8,000+ FT above sea level sucks my ass. 3 miles alone is enough to make your lungs feel like they're going to explode. Not to mention, I lost over a minute on my normal 2 mile run. Can't wait to get back to clean, sea level air.

Seems like the 110gr is pretty popular, and not to mention easily obtained. I've been ordering ammo off http://www.palmettostatearmory.com for the past month. Been debating on picking up some 6.8 SPC, but I need to order the upper from LMT or LWRC first. So far, I think I'll go LMT and toss a little more money on the rail mounted glass.
-
Nice! I've got 2 complete lowers I need to toss uppers on when I get home. One of which will get a 6.8 SPC upper and I'm torn between the LWRC M6A2/M6A3 or the LMT MRP set up. I'm probably going 18" with the barrel atleast. What grain round do you normally run through yours?

This doesn't suprise me coming from your gifted hands. Larry's going to be jealous when you're showing him 2 thick black marks and your license plate. I can't wait to see what else is on the table on top of the performance. You know how to round things off in a very polished matter. If anyone has seen this guy work, he's rediculously meticulous.

Someone's finally thinking outside the box for once. I agree with the MK17 over the MK16, but didn't think SOCOM would actually do it. I like the step in the 7.62mm direction though.
-
Can't wait to see what it makes after the tune. I'm still very impressed with the stock numbers though.

Not 100% as far as the Army was concerned. The 75th Ranger Regiment was fielding/testing there for a while. Haven't talked to those I know in the Battalions to say 100% if they are. http://www.defensetech.org/images/SCAR-rangers.jpg I still want to go shoot a damn ACR

Stoner also used a long stroke gas piston in the rare Stoner 63 LMG used in Vietnam. http://world.guns.ru/machine/Stoner63lmg-2.jpg I think in the near future, the gas piston will be the replacement. With that said, the M16/M4 series rifles will probably give way to something more like the Remington ACR or the FNH SCAR.

I think his "business partner" is really his butt buddy. I bet the guy has no clue how to work on cars in the first place. You're being very generous to him, not to mention pretty professional. If he continues his current attitude, I'd tell him to go F himself.

LWRC makes the REPR which is very similar. Larue makes the OBR and lastly LMT just brought out the LM308MWS, which is about the same rifle the U.K picked up for their Marksmanship Program. They're dubbing the rifle the L129A1, which beat out Sabre Defense, H&K and FNH. Pretty big step in my opinion to beat out those big names. -Forgot to add POF P-308 aswell. H&K 417 http://i2.guns.ru/forums/icons/forum_pictures/001432/1432541.jpg LWRC REPR http://www.internationalpolicesupply.net/REPR2rifles.jpg Larue Tactical OBR http://personal.visualitymedia.com/personal/obr/obr_aac_950.jpg LMT LM308MWS POF P-308 http://dynamicarmament.com/images/POFUSA/POF308165A1.jpg All the rifles are chambered in 7.62X51mm(.308), and are damn near the closest thing to the H&K 417. Personally, I believe the Larue OBR, LMT LM308MWS, are probably quite a bit better than the H&K. Some of the POF P-308 rifles are being fielded throughout the SF community aswell. That's kinda what happens when you have a good budget to work with and no real directive on equipment.

I want a ride when I get home! Can't wait to see what you do to it. My feeling is it's already on the rollers getting tuned. Looks amazing!

Our shooters prefered .300 Win Mag in their bolt guns, so we had a healthy supply of M118LR. Lord knows, she chewed that stuff up. Hope to have the M1A Scout Squad by this weekend myself (back home of course).

Apple haters and Gun crew come on in for entertainment.

I hate youtube comments so much. It's a cluster of retarded, dyslexic mutants, that have no business posting their opinions. Cool video though. -
Of course the USA is the best country on Earth, but never the less they are criminals by avoiding all kinds of laws. It's like breaking and entering, since in a way they aren't wanted. I can't say we need to make it any easier to get into this country, but if they become useful members of society and pay taxes, welcome. I understand it's a struggle to get here, but by no means are they refugees nor being pursecuted. Personally, Mexico has all the power in the world to fix themselves, but seem to not do so.

I liked the ARMS mounts to a point, but even with locktite, it seemed to get a little loose. Granted, the conditions mine operated in, were a bit extreme. I would love to check that Troy rail out Nate. My old M14, ARMS mount with a Leupold Mark 4. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v573/104/93/1333510790/n1333510790_30160256_2503.jpg
