YES I would no go taking things apart if your not sure what your doing. The wastegate is internal. It would be very easy to take a pair of vicegrips and move the waste gate arm to see if its properly moves.

I'm interested in the CB if you can hold it till this weekend. It does work correct?

My wife is making a compilation video right now. She cut all the races us last night and a few other clips she liked. I know one of them just says thorne is slow.......... She will be signing up for CR in the next day or to and beposting the video. If anyone here is a geek and wants all my video in raw format it's 4.2 gigs and I can burnt it zipped up onto a dvd. I've got 16+ races I know for sure but I dunno exact number since the wife is the one working on this its her project. Sorry for the delay for some reason her pc would not work with firewire.

If I had my monte back I would have loved to try it at kil kare because it was way stickeier then trails ever has been imho.

Yeah more then 2 passess with out cool down and the clutch hated life. Let it cool down perfect. This is why I'm retiring from drag racing, This cars tranny and various parts are setup to Rally/Road/Auto (Short Gears Ratios like a SOB). I spent allot of money on that tranny spefic including Cryo gears and shit It would be really stupid if i broke it At the drag races. The clutch is VERY GRABBY when it is not hot. When it is hot it fails at life. I do plan on still coming out to CR meets but I will only be there for fun. I might make a few in it to win it passes if the track is slick enough.

Well since the patch is called Launch Control thats what I called it. It does appear to be just a 2 step. I want to try again at trails just because I can spin my tires. I tested it on the street this morning and it took off like a fucking rocket. I could not get out of the hole like that at kilkare damn sticky track.

So I bought my wife a camcorder from woot, I was always curious of how woot works. Well when the camcorder got to us there was a tape in it. We did not think much of it. Well once we started to review the tape it had Video of a bunch of mexicans packaging up cameras and speaking in spanish. Just a ton of the cams all being packaged not a single english speaking person that I've seen in my brief review of the video. Just someone walking around randoomly recording. I'm going to cap the video and post it online. I thought it was kinda funny.

No I ran a 13.1 after fucking hot lapping missed 3rd passes. Car was WAY TO HOT but I was determined since the 2 failed passes were my best 60' of the day. 2 fucking missed 3rd passes in a row. About 6 launches trying to get launch control set right. could the car go faster HELL YEAH IT COULD. Launch Control was more diffcult to use then I had anticpated. I had a blast failing. I'm going to post some of my failed launch control attempts, I'm waiting for the wife to get film off the cam.
