its about what all other standard exhaust are noise wise. but i am going to be getting the DB killer insert for it. as ive gotten older the louder exhaust annoys me on longer rides

i bought mine on ebay, but im pretty sure it was the company selling them through ebay. if not it was a dealer. Its a great exhaust, and the shipping was super fast. the quality of the exhaust exceeds what i thought it was gonna be. and it sounds amazing!

haridryer and a plastic razor blade works every time. then use a adhesive remover, like goo gone, or 3m product. note that 99% of motorcycle gas tanks have the decal/sticker cleared. so your pretty much fubarred on that part.

Ben you really really need to ride a new honda vfr interceptor. i think youd really like the bike. its a great compromise for someone getting out of sportbikes and into a touring. i couldnt believe that i was riding a sport touring bike when i rode it. they are amazing bikes

well i started on my winter parts project. LOR exhaust K&N filter Power commander pc3 USB RK 520 XRing chain, -1 front chromoly sprocket, vortex aluminum rear sprocket got some stock rear pegs (had some shitty anodized red ones that where stationary before) i have a map for the exhaust and filter on the PC right now, but will be taking the bike to brian turner at dynotune to get it tuned here shortly. still in the works will be all fluids flushed and new added braided lines front and rear, new pads, and a smoked double bubble windscreen. i think that should do me in for my winter parts list. and a i threw in a pic of my garage PC, with the power commander software... i love having a PC in my garage!! i got another project to as you can see in the last pic. completely repainting my buddies 2000 R6. its going all white with a black lower, got some cracks, defects in the plastics that need repaired, especially the nose/upper fairing. putting on a 520 conversion, smoked screen, undertail kit, new exhaust, k&N, and a jet kit. alot of work ahead of us!

my sleeve i have been working on, i have alot left to do, shading, and color koi fish, and a dragon that goes up my arm and onto my chest. some other work on there as well i had from before, mustang logo on inside of my arm, and a nautical star with a banner (says faithful)on the back of my arm, also a swallow i got in mexico while i was there on my honey moon.

i was torn between a high mount and going the 07 stock short exhaust. finding out how loud the short exhaust would be, and how little options i had for a high mount to keep the rear pegs, i ended up going with this exhaust. LOR (levelone racing) pipe. never heard of the company before, did some research heard some sound clips, and great reveiws and decided i liked it enough to buy. i like the short clean look of the pipe, its different! has a great sound to it very throaty at low rpm and idle, and screams pretty good up top. havent had a chance to get it out on the road yet, but if its too loud for my liking then ill get the DB killer insert they sell. but as of now im liking the tone it puts out. now just waiting on my power commander pc3 usb to get here, then ill throw the filter in and take it to dynotune. then hopefully my 520 kit will get here. then on to upgrade the brakes anywho here are pics yes the rear pegs are retarded, getting them chaged out soon enough.

question.. im looking for some kind of setup that i can use to tlak between me and my wife, she rides tandam with me. as well as being able to hook my phone (for gps) and sirius sat radio up so we both can listen. what are my options the less cords the better

Whats up everyone, name is hoblick. I am usually hangin out on Columbusracing.com i have known Stillman for quite a while now, joined a while back, but havent been on in sometime cause i got out of bikes. now that i have picked up another bike im gonna try to frequent the board some more. anywho, bike is an 04 R6 currently stock, just had it dynoed at dynotune this past weekend. it made 98.8 rwhp. i have coming in the mail.. LOR exhaust, k&n filter, powercommander pcIII usb, RK chain sprocket kit 520 conversion, and since its been a while since i had a sportbike a new lid, the old helmet just aint cuttin it anymore. Brian at dynotune will be tuning the bike after i get the goodies on. and eventually before spring i will be ordering.. galfer braided brake lines front and back, galfer HH pads, barnett clutch kit, double bubble widscreen, pazzo levers. and in the more distant future id like to get a bluetooth chatterbox system, gopro hero camcorder and maybe some long trip gear like tank bag and what not here are some pics of the bike as of now

put that stock filter in and it will run alot better. those bikes dont like air filter mods wihout jetting.

ill check on the dual pump fluid. the hp4 is gonna be about $6 a qt. so $30 for 5 qrts. no tax. oil filter shouldnt be more than $4

i used to run my 954RR 1/2 qt or more over for wheelies. when the bike is stright up and down youll oil starve, with a little extra oil everyting is oooootay. of corse the safer route would have been the oil pickup relocation kit but ehh..

i could find the part elsewhere, but just couldnt wait for shipping. i usually browse ebay and get greats deals there. and i have always gotten a great item. i will continue to use ebay for my parts, or maybe iron pony. you guys are local though, and have heard good bad reviews from people. so for those ive heard with good experience, they will be back. and you gotta be doing something right to get return customers cheers
