Part #5 on lower diagram is what comes loose and cause shifter to stick..Its a possilbity not seeing the bike.

Well it could be a shifter paw,shifter fork,pin..Your looking at alittle labor (built similiar motors). If it was me 1st thing id check is the shifting mechanism behind the clutch basket...Make sure its locked down...There known to do this and if so youll be back running SOON. Dont want to steel anyones business but if you dont find anyone i can take a look at it if you can get it to the east side.

I also have a set of alipine star boots.There 44 euro or i believe 9.5 or 10 size there used but still good and usable no holes or anything.still in good shape.There SM-X boots black (2004 series). $50 I have some other stuff but have yet to go threw it so if i find additional stuff ill post it here....Thanks Eagle

1) I just cant understand the cool factor with the helment thing.Maybe i need to ask..lol 2)To me there not squids.Squid is a term i use well lets say for the guy with the helment on his ride(Refer back to 1).I use the term..NOVICE for the beginner riders. 3) I wave at everyone on 2 wheels.To me we are equal .If they dont wave back ..OH WELL....I guess the ugly chick in the car behide him feels better or tell her friend HEY HE WAVED AT ME..(so someone appreciates it)...LOL Just thought id add my 2 cents
