  1. Cool thanks. The guys coming might be willing to chip in for extra prep. They'll need it as well.
  2. I have 3 friends that want to come to this event but they don't post here. Is it OK if I pass the event link on to them? Thanks.
  3. lol @ Vlad! Video from my Blackberry... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vF2AYtW-GgU
  4. Doesn't look like the headers are made of Stainless. If you need V-Bands I have some that are a bit nicer than the RPS ones.
  5. I hope to be attending the March 18th launch. A lot of the parts I developed when I worked at NASA will be taking their flight to the ISS on that launch.
  6. Isn't that the car that made 800something to the tires? Who the fuck quotes BHP numbers anymore unless the engine was actually on a fucking engine dyno?
  7. Hopefully it will run good. There's a bunch of good knowledgeable people on board with the project, it should fly. Mid 7's is the target, but it should be capable of much more. For now I'm working on a run of the mill production turbo kit for it until the good parts start showing up. Nothing special, just a basic 600-900whp or so kit.
  8. When did you guys leave? I looked for you guys Sunday and no one was around. I just got home a couple hours ago and have a 103deg fever. Is this a Corvette specific IRS record?
  9. Fair enough. The high density stuff will save help your ass if you are in a accident without a helmet. I'm sure you don't want a nice dent in your head that is shaped like your roll cage.
  10. Do yourself a favor and get some high density SFI approved foam for the cage. That cheap crap you have up there doesn't work well at all.
  11. His cars? The non running roofless POS in his backyard? Hi Brian.:asshole:
  12. Your friendly reminder that it's this Saturday and the weather forecast is looking perfect.
  13. 40 minutes or so I'd guess. Drag all of them up as well. I just ordered a heap of food I want to make sure all of it gets eaten!
  14. It's not too tight. A 35r fits pretty easy.
  15. Yea there are plenty of hotels. The airport hotel on w. 150th & 71 is the first one that comes to mind. I'll try to get a list going when I'm not half in the bag.
  16. Or Saturday night after the cookout if you guys travel up. I'm sure something could be arranged with the Akron guys if you guys come up. I've been trying to get the self proclaimed DK to get off his ass and make some arrangements.
  17. Not even close to lining up. The honda flange is ~1.5" or so shorter than a 4g flange.
  18. We're are having another Car-B-Que on June 14th. I have not seen the place yet but our buddy just bought a car lot off of Ridge and we're going to have it there. Should be plenty of parking and hopefully the weather will hold out. As always it's a good time, a good opportunity to BS, check out others cars, and we'll be serving dogs & burgers along with some side dishes. I hope to see some of you guys come up. Everyone is welcome to come and please feel free to invite any other car enthusiasts... http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k55/pttcolt/Carbqueflier.jpg
  19. There is still no replacement for displacement. Disregarding any any sort of class rules for this question it all comes down to how much money you have and if you are willing to spend it.
  20. It was very reassuring on my behalf. Thanks again!
  21. Was a good time lastnight! Glad you guys came up.
