I totally agree with the boom having lack of vision. That is why I think Hyde and Jordan hall are much more talented as running backs. The only thing Boom has over Hyde and hall is experience.

If he wants more than 30 carries per game running, he needs to start holding on to the ball and get much much better as a running back. Even if he played in a traditional offense, I doubt he can get 30 carries a game. He would probably be sharing time with another running back or 2. His best bet is to stick it out and see what happens.

Carlos Hyde won't leave tOSU without giving Urban Meyer a shot. He came to tOSU not because he wasn't interested in Urban Meyers offense. He commited to tOSU because he is a buckeye at heart. Also Urban Meyer is great at utilizing a players talent to help a team win. Hyde will be in Urbans plans if Urban came to tOSU.

You know your wife probably wouldn't have to take those pay cuts if there were more accountibility and less mismanagement in our State Government. Your wife probably knows many state employees that should have been fired for the work or the lack of work they do. My fiance use to work for the Auditor of State and has audited many state agencies and she has first had experience on how mismanaged our state government is. And you are right, the state doesn't reward good workers enough, that is one of the reasons my fiance left and took her talent else where.

I think it would only work if you find someone there by them selves. Ususally people go in groups and take turns making food/beverage runs.

You can run it, you just won't get any of the benefits of the split pulse setup. You could lose power because the divider would hurt flow.
