The all inclusive resort that I am a member at does allow tipping but they discourage their staff from receiving tips. I usually tip the bartenders a dollar every few drinks. The service is top notch even if you don't tip. But I feel bad for not tipping at the bar, especially when you are drinking top shelf for free. As for lunch or dinner, it varies for which restaurant I go to, the service, and the food. Usually a few dollars just because I am always drinking. This reminds me, I need to book another week at the resort for this fall. I can't wait to go back. I feel that the resort that I am a member strives for excellent service so people continue to buy into the memberships and go back to the resort year after year.

BCM and PSA uppers are the way to go if you are just looking for an cheap upper. If you have the time, just order one and wait. I know Bravo Company gets shipments in all the time, and they fill back orders first. They just pre auth. your CC card and will notify you when the order comes and gives you time to cancel if you don't want the order. They don't ever charge your CC until your order is in and they are ready to ship. That is what I done on a few parts I ordered. I am pretty sure PSA is the same way. It usually takes a week or 2, but no where near as bad as 2009 when ar and ar parts were back ordered for 6month to a year.

The armalite SASS is around 2500 and about 2000 for the NF optic/mount etc. You are looking at a 4500+ build.
