We are only closed 3 days off the year, Xmas day, Thanksgiving & Easter.
I should be getting the new seat cowl any day now so i'll be taking the wheels off for & getting them & the cowl ready for painting. Then tear the front end apart to put the new clip-ons on. May as well get some new grips while i'm at it to.

Thats a pretty sweet deal but I think if i went that high on the bars they would hit the upper faring. I ended up getting a set of the Freestyle Ingenuity ones (with free stunt DVD) for $120. the will be able to close that 1/4" gap under the tripple tree & they have 0 degree angle so that should make the a lot better than the stock ones.
I was not wasted last night so i'm fine today, well... all except having to come to work

The angle of the bars, how much they point down. I want to change the bars so they are not as angled as the stock ones, If i dont know what the stock ones are then I cant know if the after market ones & set at more or less of an angle than the stock ones. I also dont want to spend $300 on fully adjustable ones

Ok so after much searching & minimal working I have come up with these: Woodcraft - $150 Vortex - $140 with a 7 degree angle Gilles Tooling GP light - $135 with a 6 degree angle Any thoughts on these? Does anyone know what the angle of the stock bars is for the ZX10? i cant find it anywhere.

I have just spoken with a guy from MotoMummy (no luck with a discount on a group buy) BUT you do still get the gel grips AND you also get to pick from the full range of colors for levers & adjusters (see below). Most places charge about $10+ more for that.

I think I saw on one of sites that the longies are 1 1/4" longer than the shorties. I'm not sure how exact this may be but try pulling your levers you have with only 3 fingers, if that seems ok then at a guess the shorties should be ok. The longies do have a little break away notch in them so if you do drop the bike they may automaticly convert to shirties for you.

1) Anyone know what the angle of the stock 07 ZX10 bars is? I've see some after merket ones that are fixed & range from 5-7 degrees 2) Other than Vortex, Woodcraft, what are some other good clip-on makes?

After much surfing & still no eating (rumble rumble) I found this pretty good deal. Motomummy.com have the set of two levers in long or short with full pick of lever AND adjuster colors, free shipping, no tax, & you get a free pair of Driven gel grips. The grips there retail there for $17 & I think it's about an extra $10 to have your full pick of lever/adjuster colors so thats a saving of $27 or $10 even if you dont use the grips. How about $180 (inc tax/shipping) with some freebies thrown in or even a free upgrade to choice of colored adjusters & levers (not just the stock combo's)..... no harm in asking

Well, sort of free. (no money free) Karla's 2001 F4i has a set of carbon mirrors on it already which she does not like & would like a set of stock black mirrors. If you have set in good condition & would like to do a straight swap let me know. As long as the fit (and she can appove the shape) it's a deal.
