  1. Check Burr Oak State Park off of 78, awesome motorcycle roads and decent cabins.
  2. Hola! Peletonia. Just wanted to know if you are interested in taking a few of us noobs a ride along the route before game day? Let me know and we can schedule something.

  3. 27 years old and still going strong.
  4. I have a little over 1500 miles on a Avon Storm on my V65 Magna and so far I really like them. Oh and the Magna is a heavy bike.
  5. The way we have done it the past was to take off at different times so we are spread out all along the course. Then just make your way along the course helping bike riders as you go. I stopped many times and went back a couple of miles just to double check on people. There are many support vehicles that travel the course as well that can pretty much rebuild a bike beside the road. So you really won't have to do much. To be perfectly honest a automatic scooter would not be a bad choice to use, because you will probably never get out of 2nd to third gear lugging your bike for that many hours really sucks! Plus your clutch hand will get one hell of a work out!
  6. I have done this for the past 2 years, It is a lot of fun and very tiring! Be prepared to help change bike tires, chains, or call for medical help. All of which I have done! Pack bedding, because the past 2 years there was none in the dorms. Be prepared for rain, and assholes screaming at you for holding up traffic.
  7. There are different rules for company aircraft, they may fly under the part 91 rules and may not be required to do the checks. Just for the record the TSA sucks!! There are so many different rules for everything it is hard to keep everything straight.
  8. As Security for a large private aviation company, I do know that all of our passengers are are checked against the TSA lists. For those last min add on passengers the pilot will check the persons ID, and then call into our office and we run the persons name against the list. You are correct though that the small prop planes are not required to follow the same guidelines.
  9. Why does Israel not need these scanners? They are the most hated people in their part of the world, and yet their people are not subjected to this kind of treatment?
  10. Private aircraft are still subject to the rules of the TSA and have their names ran against the TSA nofly lists every time they fly.
  11. If you are allergic to shellfish it could cause a lot more problems than just nasty water!
  12. Damn and here I always thought a deer would suck to hit, I can't even imagine a bear!
  13. Heck if he would have just counter steered he would have gotten enough lean angle to get around the curve.
  14. I have a cruizerish bike and I feel that if I cross the double yellow that it pretty much amounts up to a crash. I think a lot of these guys have no idea how far they can lean those heavy bikes over and get afraid long before they get to the point where they are scraping hard parts.
  15. Nice bike, there are a lot of people out there that cafe out those bikes so parts are pretty easy to find.
