  1. Ha ha, that's what I was thinking Cleaner!
  2. I disagree. It gives me that wonderful phone call at 4:30AM telling me that school has been cancelled for the day. Snow is FABULOUS when you're a teacher.
  3. Wow, Dweezel, that sucks that you have to deal with this jerk's remarks. As for you, Kawifan, there is one important thing to remember in life: Karma is a BITCH. I find it very odd to watch you verbally attack Dweezel for dropping his bike. We all know there are only two types of bikes: those that have gone down and those that will. I'm guessing that the majority of riders on this site have had a bike go down, at least once, during some point in their lives. If you happen to be one of the few that have yet to go down, then just wait, your time is coming. It's inevitable.

    Scary

http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/10/18/middleschool.contraception.ap/index.html There is something majorly wrong about the fact that an 11 year-old can get birth control pills more easily than an adult. Personally, I think it's horrible that parents are that unaware of what their 6th graders are doing to let it get to the point where middle schools are handing out condoms and bcp. Sorry, I'm an elementary teacher (not a turbo-religious prude), so this hits home. Given the fact that middle school kids haven't even survived puberty yet, it's scary to think of an 11 year-old having a baby. They can't drive yet, so they have to rely on somebody else to cart the baby to appointments and daycare. They can't get a job yet, so they have to rely on somebody to pay for the baby. What happened to the days when schools showed 100's of detailed pictures of every STD you can think of that pretty much scared the shit out of you? What about that video of the entire birthing process? Oh wait, I'm guessing that parents were outraged at the graphic nature of those pictures and videos. They complained about the puberty/sex ed classes that gave the kids way too much information. Why don't we just start handing out the morning after pill in middle schools also, to save the expense of an abortion or having a child. What the hell is the matter with our society? Sorry for the rant.
  5. Hey Tomin! Welcome and I'll send you a FR on Live. Look for VampyRebel.
  6. I'm almost afraid to ask what a sinus rinse is, but what is it? I have like 5-6 a year typically as far as sinus infections go.
  7. Perhaps I will be up for it, since it's so close to me...depends how this sinus infection pans out.
  8. The guys are running a bit late, so that will automatically give people a bit more to get there.
  9. Don't kill me for this, but we end at a Harley dealership because they hooked us up with 2 $50 gift cards. It's a loop though.
  10. What, that's no excuse! You can drop her off a bit early, leave, and be back in time as the clinic is ending. It's a gorgeous ride and totally worth it! It's 100 miles and takes about 2.5 hours if you breeze through each of the stop points.
  11. Well then, now I totally expect you to haul your asses out to PATASKALA to pick me up...you know, since it's not that far away from Hilliard.
  12. Ha, I'm in Pataskala, which is about as far away from Hilliard as you can get. If you head straight from Iron Pony to Pataskala though, it'll be perfect timing.
  13. Ha ha ha, you said it, not me! Although, both Dweezel and I can fall into that same statement, so we're not ones to talk.
  14. No, that's only if you go down in a field.
  15. Hey Dweezel, thanks for the shout out, but...it's OCTOBER 6, not November. I hope to see you all out there this weekend. I have a nice lil ride all planned out and it's supposed to be gorgeous! What more can you ask for!?
  16. I agree with Cleaner...I can't seem to tear myself away from Halo 3! Once Assassin's Creed and Army of Two come out though, it maybe have some competition. My gt is VampyRebel. If anybody else is addicted to Halo 3, feel free to send me an inv for mm. Also, R1, if you dig around this site, you'll see the thread that I started a few months back on this same topic. That might help you pick up some other gts. Happy Gaming!
  17. Here's my cranky cat: and yes, he's kinda fat.
  18. First off, props to starting up a new club. Seriously though, if you're looking to break free from the stereotypes of other bike groups, give back to the community through volunteer work, and what not, why would you pick such a logo that immediately says "SEX-OBSESSED GUYS?" I don't care how you try to make the 69 logo sound all zen-like, bottomline is no place accepting volunteer work will post "...and a special thanks to the 69 Boyz." Finally, dedication is spelled wrong on the front page. Good luck with your club though and just some things to ponder.
  19. I totally agree with you ninja. Dogs take way too much effort. I'll take a cat over a dog any day.
  20. Yeah Rocky, it's like a poker run...sorta, but the school wouldn't let us call it that. They are retarded about stupid things like that.
