  1. Those pics just don't do it justice! You need like a close-up shot of the 11,379 glitter pieces per square centimeter. That would really give him a good idea.
  2. Yeah that sounds like a pretty f'n dumb idea, but that's just my opinion.
  3. Woo hoo! Thata girl! Can't wait to see the new paint job.
  4. Sounds good gsxr girl! Glad you'll be able to make it!
  5. Hey if you're looking for another ride, I'm hosting a ride on October 6th to fundraise for the high school softball team. Check it out in the Columbus events or
  6. That's right! Glad to see you're in better spirits and I hope to ride with you again soon! Take care chicky!
  7. That does make a lot of sense. Although, it would be funny to watch the face of somebody in a convertible while a loud piped bike splits the lane beside them.
  8. 1.) Aaron 2.) Lauren (I'll meet the herd at the BP in Pataskala)
  9. I can't do a bar, because it's a school event. I can do a restaurant though. I'll look into this place, hopefully this weekend. Thanks for info on this place.
  10. I've never eaten at Clark's, but perhaps I can work it into the route. The run was to head out that direction anyway. I'll look into it.
  11. Yes, my nemesis (Ninja) it's a bit of a jaunt for you Daytonites. I guess you'll be one of those setting up a jug then at your work for spare change then, right? Oh and damnit if I can't beat that stupid score of yours!!! One day though I shall reign supreme again!

    Oct 6 Run

Hey all! As the Varsity Softball Coach at Watkins Memorial High School, I wanted to give you all the early invite/heads up to our run. (Fine details here and there are still being worked out, so a thing or two might change, but I will update as the event draws near.) Fundraising is a pain to get the proper approval and what not from the higher ups, so we are trying to crank this out before the weather turns. Anyway, it's going to be like a poker run in nature, but with a softball twist. We are a pay-to-participate program, so we would very much love to see everyone show up and give their support. Our field needs some work (new brick dust, clay for pitching mound, a working sound system, chalk, etc) and without a big turnout at this event, much of it probably won't be accomplished this season. We don't even have a permanent fence!! (We recently upgraded from the orange construction fence to a decent temporary fence.) It will be a $20/bike buy-in and winner takes 1/3 of the pot. There will be a 2 hour softball clinic for girls 8-13, so round up daughters, nieces, neighbors or anyone else that falls in that range. The clinic costs $15 (pre-registration, $25 walk-up) and the player will also receive an event t-shirt. We are placing business card-sized ads on the back of the shirt for $20 as well (I can come up with a deal for ohioriders on the $ amount if there's a lot of interest from the business end.) It'd be really awesome to see ohioriders.net, streamlinecycles, etc on the back of a softball shirt, as not many high school softball teams (I assume) are supported by a group of bikers. If you can't make it, that's cool, set up a donation jug at your office/work to call for that spare change! (Like I said, we really need money.) It should be a fun day, a sweet ride, and if you're lucky, you'll take home some cash. If we get a good turn out this year, we hope to make this an annual thing. Help us out and spread the word to all those bikers you know! I'll post the flyer once it's ready I hope to see you all out at Watkins HS/MS in Pataskala on October 6th! GO WARRIORS!!! ~Lauren
  13. First off, what a moron! If she didn't understand the question, then she's even dumber than her response. That spoof was hilarious!
  14. I read that this morning too and I about lost it because I was laughing so hard! How drunk do you have to be to not notice a dead guy hanging halfway in your car? WTF!?
  15. Damn you!!! I hate you!!!! ARGGGGHHHHH!!!
  16. Bowhunt, are you going to be at the BP or Sunoco?
  17. Bring it on Ninja...although I'll be pissed if you beat it. It took me forever to get those extra few points to pass you up!
  18. On that note, poor technique.
  19. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20394840/ Personally, I do think some pipes are excessively loud. On my bike, I have a Yoshimura. I know it's a tad louder than stock, but I don't think it's going overboard by any means. Some bikes though, unfortunately, look like they could ruin things for the rest of us in the future should our city ever put into effect similar laws. On the other hand, I do think it would be horribly unfair to single out bikes with loud exhaust, because there are plenty of cars out there with obnoxiously loud mufflers and sometimes, no mufflers at all! Anyway, what are your thoughts?
  20. Yeah, glad you think so!
  21. I was determined to beat Satan's score of 18. I played, played, and played some more. FINALLY! I beat the damn score by one and I hit the submit button with a grin and....NOTHING! I click submit again, thinking maybe I didn't really click it...NOTHING! I click it 24 (estimate) more times in a fit of rage attempting to submit my new high score and NOTHING! I'm convinced the game hates me. I had a straight flush the other day and it didn't give me a damn point for it. Story of my life. Anyway, I took a pic to prove it.
  22. Sunday of Labor Day weekend...hmm that's tough. I was planning on going to Cincy, but maybe I'll move things around. If so, count me in for the slow/medium group.
  23. I would suggest meeting at the BP/McDonald's right next door to the Sunoco instead, because it has a bigger lot. The Sunoco lot is very cramped. Just my $0.02.
