and they would have your nuts in a vice. Westboro knows the laws and actually follows them more than most. People need to beat them at their own game, like the patriot guard riders do. I have been a member with them since I found out about what they did. Actually since PGR started protecting people from Westboro they have fallen off the map and aren't really even a serious problem for anyone.

I don't think armed guards are the answer, honestly they would be just sitting in a school not doing anything forever. I think most people are thinking that the armed guards are going to be ex-whatever service or super trained personnel, but it is going to be some fat mall cop type and I am willing to bet there will be more stories of the security people causing more problems than stopping shootings. Once all of the political and media showboating dies down people will immediately try to cut budgets again and eventually even though someone's kid goes to a school somewhere or someplace on the planet you will wonder why you are paying somebody to do nothing all day long I am not for arming teachers either, maybe an administrator, or if a teacher wants to carry concealed let them do that. I would be willing to bet most teachers are liberal leaning and wouldn't want to carry even if you made them. Taxes will be where the money comes from obviously, I already pay to educate your children! Why can't schools be secured against someone from getting inside anyway? As in how the building is designed or built. Most schools are pretty secure as it is. A little responsibility from the faculty in checking who comes in and making sure all of the entry points are locked doesn't seem that hard. If something happens then everyone has someone to blame, and isn't that what we all really want

I only have a BAD lever on mine, with a charging handle and an eotech. As close to my work rifle with only those three things different, they all are functional add ons in my opinion. BAD lever - makes locking and releasing the bolt so much easier charging handle - I was a hater of these at first but was won over by how much easier it made manipulating the charging handle especially with gloves on. eotech - like the aimpoint but for me better field of view and quicker to aquire the sight. I didn't want an ACOG for a personal weapon that won't see anything past 300 meters I almost forgot I put another front sight post in it so it wasn't as big and it would be easier to to focus on a smaller sight picture with it

since the people you know own class three firearms, how many have done something illegal with them, actually how many class three firearms have been used in a crime since they were banned? an m4 or m16 firing 1000 rounds a minute? When you say things of that nature it leads me to believe you haven't educated yourself on the subject and it is hard for me to listen to what you are saying seriously and you are just knee jerk reacting to what is going on in the news. Serious question, what is a "laid out" m16 So I don't know what I would use for home defense, but an ar could be used just as well as a shotgun or pistol, why wouldn't I want more rounds in what I was betting my life on in a situation. I have raced on the street and I shoot the guns everyone is demonizing. The similarities are there between both in the ways people defend, or attack either. The defenses people use are the same. To call people stupid really shows you are just acting on emotions and not thinking. If you want to educate yourself on the actual numbers let me know I can recommend some absolutely hard books to read, but the information is good to know. I forced myself to read them even though they were awful to read
