I wouldnt trust an email tune with my lawn mower only because I have seen what the vehicle runs like afterwards. Now if the car was tuned at the shop and then he later changed something I would say go for it but not with first tune. -
I take my Craftsman units to sears and they send them off to be recalibrated. I do that twice a year and the last time I got mine back they gave me a print out in varying ranges of how off they were and how close they got after calibration. If you drop one you REALLY want to get it recalibrated.
