Absolutely. MOC would have nothing to do with the title once the bike is sold. It's either going to the customer if they paid cash, or to whoever financed the bike. Since the bike was not paid off, the leinholder should still have it.

I pretty much agree with you Dustin, and you know more about the mechanics than I (and he knows his shit BTW). I don't think it's a bad bike, I just think for the money, even for a used one, there's better choices out there. But for the record I like the F800GS way better, just more my style. Basically the same motor..
