The load on the dyno is different (in this case more) than on the street, putting more load on the motor you will always see more boost. Thats why you should always street tune your car and the VERIFY #'s on the dyno.

I did run my bike. Chris trailored mine and Steves bike down there. He ran both of them. I made 5 solid passes, my best was 9.84 @ 144mph my 3rd time out on it. "The Velozzi SOLO will be the first production car in the world to use a multi-fuel micro-turbine battery charger to recharge its bed of super capacitors and lithium-ion batteries. The vehicles are powered by a combination of lithium-ion batteries and super capacitors, which in turn, are recharged by an on-board multi -fuel micro-turbine battery charger, or by the electrical grid. Some of the fuels that can be used by the Velozzi include gasoline, diesel, ethanol, methanol, butanol, biodiesel and natural gas.
