werd. got my own homemade weight gainer shake. drink about a gallon of milk a day. eating healthy, but alot of it. i just try to eat and drink alot. went from 147lbs to 173lbs in 3 months. so i think im doing ok so far. im not done tho, thats for sure. i still look small. im 5' 11" - 6'.

id get in on this, but im sure my g/f wouldnt go for it. haha

i dont know what % is muscle and what % is fat. im just trying to bulk up right now. only supps i take is a multi vitamin and whey protein. im gonna start taking creatine and see if that does anything.

I do. 3x a week. Gym intown. Only been doin in it for about 3 months. Gained 25lbs so far.

Selling my Joe Rocket Blaster leather pants. Size 30. Zip up crotch. The little buckle thing came off that snaps into the other half (you can see what I mean in the pic). No damage. Never rode on track. Has velcro on the knees for pucks. Has padding in knees, hips, tailbone. Has full zipper to attach jacket to mate like 1 piece.
