yea the harber freight system is just the pump and sprayer. U can use a normal home oven to cook the powder coat. I am getting an old oven for $20 so if it all works i can powder coat anything that fits in an oven. The powder is very cheap too!
no i had mass parts for gsxrs and i finally came across a motor and it was time to build the whole bike. I am addicted to e-bay and other sites so when i see a good deal on GSXR stuff i buy it. This was built out of my spares box that i take to track days. I dont have "everything"but have almost all of it. Its been so fun!!!!
Now i need to get a subframe, front brake pad retaining pins,Clutch cable adjuster for perch, tray for undertail, ears for my front stay and its ready to race!!!! More pics to come once i get the subframe...
If they were in my house with a crow bar and raised it to hit me then saw i had a gun and ran i would deff still shoot! Any burgler that comes into your house knowing you are there is willing to hurt you or your family. The only thing you deff have to do is KILL them both so there are no one to tell the story but you. This was repeated many many times in my ccw classes. If you dont kill them they will be back with guns to kill you! The court system deff is lame when a burgler can sue you for anything that happens while they are invading you "castle".
its because of this sew happy country! Somehow that crazy f*ker could sue you for stopping him. If I saw this i would deff dig out his eyes with a dull spoon!
Headers are very important for a race bike. No one will ever need the extra HP for the street that the headers "can"give. The way aftermarket headers are bent is deff better than stock because the remain the exact same diameter thru the bend. If you dont ever plan on racing dont bother with the headers because you will never feel or notice it. Every bike is diff and the new ones Suck because of the cats so a header may help with them. I always put full systems on my bikes, but i always buy used and normaly can get a full system for the same price as a slip on.
Sidi is the best!! I have 2 pairs and love them both! I am going to get the new ones they came out with in 09. They have replacable tred where your footpeg is Priceless...... Good buy Nick!
I need 2 front brake pins that hold the pads in caliper.I also need the cable adjuster knob on the clutch perch. Many parts are going to be needed!!!! Lizard???
Wheeler is the guy at the bottom of the dragon at deals gap. I would eb 100% in for brian, but a 2hr drive is just too much driving lol. Cinci needs a local guy so we can ride over and hang out too! This bike shop has a bar attached to it next door and i think the owners were cool too. I guess when i find out i will make a thread. Sorry for the thread jacking!
if i did get screwed at least i gave my $$$ to a great guy who would do many many other things for other riders. Wheeler is a hell of a guy and the 3 hours i was there i learned sooo much. I went to the shop today, but the tuner was not in so i will be calling him around 6 tonight. I will get a final price and hopefully it will be less! He tunes allot of local Wera bikes so i have confidence in his work. Catman knows him too and thats how i found him.
My TL is a 97 so i guess that could be it. I need all those maps because of the races i go to are at crazy diff states and i now have a laptop to play with the PC3 and i really want to use the thing lol. I am trying to get someone here local so i dont have to trailer my bike very far to get the work done so i am trying to figure this all out. I would love to go to Brian, but i cant do that without more work n my part.
