I'm not too sure we are all talking about the same thing. I'm not too sure in general about how you have your PC tuned. I know i sat and watched it done down at wheelers at the gap and it took him at least 3hrs to tune my TL. He made 4 or 5 maps for me to choose from that allowed diff fuel types and weather conditions. I am getting a serious map made so i can adjust my bike at the track for the current conditions and fuel type. This is what i asked to be done so maybe a general tune will be cheaper. I have today off so i may stop in and see him.

ye it does seem steep. I have had quotes from many diff people and this was close to the highest. As far as i know he doesnt use any pre made maps and custom tunes your bike with time and dyno. I will get more info when i can ride out and meet this guy at is shop. I will get some answers! Any other questions i should ask?

the best one around the cincy are is deff concepts in Indiana. I have a limp evertime i leave there lol.

nothing is set in stone,but between the people on here and everyone on my site it looks like its going to be a busy day! Just so everyone knows this can take up to 3 hrs per bike so we may have to all show up at diff times. As of now the price is going to be $250,but if everyone is seriouse i bet we get a big price break. I will deff keep everyone informed.

lol todd. Yea i feel like i have a terrible crash waiting for me somewhere at sometime at grattan. It is a great place,but you have to deal with the changing elev and track conditions yearly.

We are getting a group together for a dyno tune day. It will be in a week or 2 if you want to join in with us. Custom map made on the dyno for your pc.

That is bad. Dam man on an 08 i would be pissed! The ones i have seen just burned oil,but none ever actually came out the pipe! good luck! Oh and there is no way this is rider error so dont let the dealer tell u that because those bikes can take a hell of a beating!

Where is the oil coming from?

there is something super easy that makes those r6's do that so its not a big deal to fix it. I cant remember what it was,but that smoking is common to happen on the r6.

i know a couple people that would want these. $400 is deff steep though,but i will ask them for ya!

thats a real hard call. Beaver is smooth clean and well kept and has the more profesional feel. Grattan is bumpy,dirty and has allot of crazy off cambered turns. Thats a real hard call,but if you learn to ride grattan you will be a great rider at other tracks. My vote i guess would be grattan as i broke my arm at beaver....

We had 32 riders and no crashes or off assfault adventures!!!! We rode hard,but it was a great day full of great riders!!!! I love motorcycles!!!!!! Thanks to everyone!!!!

yea i'm deff sory it happend to you. I have seen this happen many many times at trackdays. What class was this in? Im guessing in I(intermediate) because that like the meat grinder on track days.

yea that deff sux! I hate to say it,but this stuff happens to even the best of the best riders. The guy not saying sorry is dick,but the actual crash is all part of the sport.

i dont have an addres,but it is the only shell in the first miles of the AA off 275 going east. From dayton take 75 or 71 south and get on to 471 south till it hits 275 and go east/south and once on 275 AA is the next exit.
