i totally agree with you and see where you are coming from man. lets just say you are way more educated than me with an associates degree, all i have is the experience, certifications, and licences. If our small business tanks im more than likely screwed. But good news is we have been around along time and our customer base is growing, not rapidly but its growing.

we got a guy on call here in town he said he has been out all morning with this same problem. walks into the house and says yep your cable is out and leaves he cant do anything till its fixed in newark i guess

well on further investigtion its not my box its actually just the cable feed. my brother in law works for time warner and he just informed me that ALL of coshocton is out!! apparently something happend to the main feed that comes in from newark to here.

i never had a problem with them when i took my gun in...... i walked right back to the gun counter and said i got my gun and i need your help to figure out what size hip holster i need. the guy was really nice maybe it was cuz i was on crutches too.
