supposedly the law now in ohio is dark as you want in the qaurters and back.. and must me 50% on the sides.....
this is right off of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Website
"What percent can windows be tinted on the vehicle?
According to Ohio Administrative Code 4501-41-03, on Ohio registered vehicles window tint must allow 50 percent light transmittance on the rear and side windows, and 70 percent transmittance on the windshield. In other words, the tint can not be darker than 50 percent on the side and back, and 30 percent on the windshield.
Light transmittance of 50 percent does not apply on the windows behind the driver if there are outside left and right side mirrors. Remember, auto glass is slightly tinted from the factory and will make the tint you apply to your windows darker than advertised by the tint manufacturer."

QX4's are ok but i would get a 2001 and up the older ones had probs main thing i sold on the older ones were transmissions...... and they don't have the 3.5l in it. Didn't see many probs with the newer ones . I would check maint. history on either one b4 buying though.
BTW - Infiniti of Columbus sucks ass ..... only a couple people left there that actually give a shit about customers

water mixed with the oil , white smoke out of the exhaust when running ( coolant smell , not oil smell ) . i have had it sitting since it started doing it , just never have had the time to repair.

Has 4.0l, Auto , rear heater/AC ,new timing chain , water pump , body is in good shape( no rust) , hitch . problem is the head gasket(s) need replaced and i have no time for it, i am looking for $175 dropped it from $250 , i just need it to go!
