The 04 srt4. 400$ in mods and ran 12'.Had 100k miles of racing on it, over 1000 passes at the track( 76 passes in one day lol) car was the slut as anyone could make a pass.

I think people always have a demand for mechanics that are willing to do side work. Me included.

 

Have u thought about just taking a job that pays hourly or salary a guaranteed amount no matter how much work you get? And then do side work on the side to make up the difference? What about switching Industries instead of working on cars working on trucks buses tractor equipment other items that need mechanical know

 

 

 

Hell what about finding a way to work on airplanes? Might have to do a little more schooling but the pay I would imagine is much better and you already have a good foundation to work off of. He'll a lot of planes used LS motor why not LOL

I'll be in the market soon for a truck but I need something that can tow. I've been looking at 1500 GM products but it seems a lot of the newer ones don't have the 5.3 in them.

 

I guess I need to see what kind of towing capacity the F-150 Eco boosts have.

Sounds like you are low on refrigerant. IT will prevent the AC relay from kicking on. You can jump the relay to make sure the compressor still engages, but the pressures should be checked.

 

Get a recharge with a new dryer, and whatever they find leaking.

2008 grand marquis over the last week felt like my AC wasn't as ice cold as it usually is. Worked this morning then this afternoon went to lunch and had no AC. Im getting air blowing but doesnt appear the compressor is kicking on. What are sone things i should be looking for?

I second a Crown Vic Grand Marquis Lincoln Town Car 2003 and above you should be able to easily get in that price range in good shape.

 

Cheap, super reliable, gas mileage is iffy, and I wouldn't call it a fun car but you would never have to worry about it not starting and replacing Parts on it that are dirt cheap
