  1. There's a 5x8 open trailer that I would like to be able to use for when something can't fit in or on top of the car. I also would like to get a small camper in the futire, a teardrop or the like

Your sol if you think your going to safely tow those with that car.

Buy a beater 800$ truck for that stuff.

  2. I have an Anderson storm door on the front of my house with the retractable screen. I love it. It's great to open the door to let light in and pull down the screen to let air flow through the house. I'm going to be replacing the back door on my house and plan on getting the same storm door on that one too.

I think it's just personal preference whether you want a storm door or not. It's definitely not necessary.

I too have a anderson storm door with the retractable screen(on the top half) I think it was like 400-450 installed from home depot. Its nice to be able to have the breeze come through. Good sturdy design too doesn't feel cheap, would recommend.

We have it on our back door out to our porch that didn't have one. Like it so much we might replace our front door that has a storm door but not with a screen.

  3. This might be scattered as im adding in as i think about it.

Main thing to look at is roofs for any unit. Almost all older were rubber roofs and didnt fare well and would leak. If you find something with a fiberglass roof your golden.

If your getting a travel trailer you can still put a golf cart in your bed for the track :D

One of the most important things is weight weight weight! When looking remember all the # you see are dry weight. Thats no propane no water, no waste water( pooooooooo) and none of your crap. Very easy to add alot of weight so make sure your not even near your max towing when its dry weight.

What motor is in you ram?

Fridge. Make sure you have a duel power fridge meaning can run off electric or propane.

Generator built in is not a big deal as you can get a portable generator for cheaper and still be able to run appliances. Honda makes some great units that you can even run 2 of then together if needed a ton of power.

Do you plan to always be at a campground? If not holding tank size for your gray water(sink shower) and black tank (waste pooooo) is a big factor as this will

Camping is amazing i grew up camping. Started from a tent ended with a 38 foot diesel pusher with 2 slides lol.

Travel trails don't seem to lose a ton of money but motorhomes they do tend to as they are just like a car as the miles go up, the value goes down.

Motor home is going to be a significantly higher expense to purchase over a pull behind travel trailer. It does have its trade offs.

  4. I would recommend to a pediatrician and get fitted for orthotics My wife has planter fasciitis and for a while could barely walk. With her orthotics and a custom boot for stretching at night she is doing fine. But as they wear out/down she gets replacements every couple years. I can get you a name if you want. Good luck.

Pediatrician? A doctor for children? I know scott acts like a 2 year old at times but i think he needs a podiatrist(foot doctor)

  5. Price? Pictures? Put forth any effort in this for sale post?

    4. If you want to use CR as a venue to sell your item(s), please take the time to post a full description and asking price. Do not just post a direct link to Ebay or Craigslist. If you do have an Ebay, Craigslist, autotrader, or simular site, you can add it to your post if you would like.

  6. I am looking for a Home security system for my moms house. Im looking for a company to come set up and she just pays monthly and doesn't worry about it. Any one use any of the companies out there that do alarms and cameras? Any good ones out there?
  7. Really any late 90s to early 2005 1500 truck can do that with ease.

All would be reliable( all have there small issues depending on manufacturer)

    But Silverado/yukon/suburban

    F150/expedition/ navigator

    Ram

Best to just find the best condition and roll with it. Miles really shouldn't matter anyways since you're really not going to put a lot of miles on. All those can be found mid-to-high miles for that price.

  8. Well the asshole called today and said "well after talking with my insurance company and my lawyer they strongly suggested against settling, if you have any questions you can contact my insurance company"

Ughhh! I said ughh this is no longer through the insurance why would i call them? I said what's your lawyers info i will contact him... "Ughhh umm ill have him send you his info" aka he doesn't have one and hes just trying to bully me out of filling with the courts or settling.

    Bastardssss

  9. Just got a call from the lady and her husband who ran me off the road, she doesnt want to go to court and wants to settle out of court. meeting them tomorrow evening to discuss settlement.
