  1. In researching I think I am going with....

    http://armed2defend.com/groupon/

Pros and cons with this course?

I did it with this group, I got the basic information but didn't take much more from this. I was in a group of atleast 75-100 people, so there was absolutely no one on one to really help or understand.

If you really want to get something out of the class go with a small group like mojoe on here.

  2. That thing is fucking awesome. GF and I were just talking about getting one the other day. Mind if I ask what you paid out the door? it looks new so I'm assuming you purchased new. And where do you go to ride? assuming there are trails and whatnot that I've just never heard of?

Awesome toy, does it fit in the back of a standard pickup bed?

Quick price quote to build it on can ams website said just about 13k

  3. Wow some really sore loser. What grown adult says to wreck another kid and potentially hurt the kid? what a dick bag.

Ummm, call me ignorant, but unless that guy did some serious ass kissing and apologising, there'd be a conversation/ass beating going on out of sight from the kids. I'm laid back, but if you want to see me lose it, mess with my little girl.

Props to you for spending the time on a project with your kids. You can't win them all, and there was probably a better lesson in there for her. It's about the time spent, and before you know it, she'll be working on her own autocross car!

    Yup

  4. The ECHO PAS 225 is close to appealing for the suburban home. I worry about the attachment option. Seems like a weak point in the near future. The other one Paul linked is curved shaft. No one makes a good curved shaft.

Chances are, the Ryobi is fine and does what you need. As someone suggested, have you looked into changing out the head?

I have this for my old trimmer and is was great. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Rino-Tuff-Pivotrim-Universal-Trimmer-Head-17093/206470721

That will probably fix your frustration. Very easy to work with.

I was a little weary at first too, but after using the brush cutter option which has to spool up to a good rpm, and as you slice through it really drops down in rpm, I thought for sure it was there was no way it was going to last but the thing just kept on cutting away like butter. Cut down a easy 100 foot long by 15 feet deep by 10 feet high of brush.

As far as swapping out the attachments takes 10 seconds and I change out the attachments every time I use them( wacker part, then edger part) and I have seen zero wear from swapping.

  5. Cody are you asking if the current wiring would work with a light?(as in take door bell ringer machine off, and use existing wiring to wire in a light)

I have one better for you... How about you get alerted on your smartphone and can look at HD video of who's at your front door and also speak with them if you want to... I actually have 2 of these (front and back door) and they are great... https://ring.com/

This wouldn't work if he doesn't have his phone on him. If you didn't get it yet hes deff, and is trying to be alerted via sight.

  6. Subscribed. My daughters room is the hottest room in the house with a easy 8+ degrees difference between downstairs and her room. As well as my master is a probably 5 degrees hotter then the downstairs.
  7. Why only electric? I have a GAS Echo pro attachment series ( comes with attachments) I have the weed wacker, the edger, and the brush cutter.

Not a single issue and i have been using it every time i mow for the last 2 seasons. Very easy to start, strong and good power, and feels very stable.

    I have this set up.http://www.homedepot.com/p/ECHO-17-in-21-2-cc-Gas-PAS-Trimmer-and-Edger-Kit-PAS-225VP/202064228

But looks to be the comparable model that doesnt have the attachments is here for 150$
