Yes first tip get the block an tie it to some chains. Then tie the other end of said chain onto feet. Jump off a bridge into lake. Profit!

Ok so I've got a 91 ranger 2.3l with the 5 speed... as of thursday of last week it was difficult to go into reverse... now yesterday an today it won't go into reverse at all if the car is on, but it will go into reverse with a little effort if the car is off.... all forward gears are working great... any insight?

gezz thanks ....i did all that but its all gibberish to me ha... the 1st you i have to buy blah ditched that cause this laptops not worth it an did the 2nd an third but still runs like a turd for the last few months...

I advise everyone I know to do clean installs of their OS's once every two years at least. If its XP you can try using "System Restore" to a date you know when the PC was operating normally. It will delete anything installed after said date though. I still recommend a fresh install.
