Why upgrade if it's not having issues? My house has like a 20year old AC compressor, still works just fine and haven't seen any higher bills from my last house that I had to put a new AC/Furnace in. Just curious.

The unit thats in the house is inefficient for the size of house, the manufacturer built with it just at passing the specs.

The car she wants to lease is for when shes home and to put around town so miles are not a issue since it will only be a few hundred miles a month

My moms looking for a lease or maybe new if there is a great end of year special. She works out of state and is only home on weekends so MPG is not a issue and the lease might be the best bet due to the low amount of miles being used yearly.

Not really brand or model specific, so long as its reliable. Suv or car.

Requirements: 4 doors under 250 month(no money down on the lease option), large enough to fit 2 car seats in the back seat. Have a good safety record,

Optional: 4x4/awd , sunroof, but not required.

Why not tip someone if they did a good job. In sure the company "tips" them close to nothing especially on cheap fares. ( can u imagine the tip on a 20$ fare? Few cents to them in sure)

Also tips are taxed too im sure.

See i mostly agree with you guys, but they are flying so low over the houses that they are shaking the houses.. Its not like a fly over..

 

its been VERY frequent lately-- like at least 5 times int he last two weeks.

 

We've been here 12 years now and its never been like this before.

Then yes i woudl say your over reacting. If its something that is consistent and has always happened then i would be be concerned, im sure it will pass. Sucks but i guess its better to have them wake you by flying over, vs you getting awaken by a burgler.

I don't get the hatred with planet fitness. While it's not my primary gym, I use it for cardio when the weather is too shitty to run outside. I paid a one time fee of $99 for an entire years membership. Other than the fact that the dumbbells only go up to 75lbs, I really don't see an issue with the place.

I never had a issue eathier, then again i dont yell, scream, and crap my pants when im working out so maybe i never got harassed because i wasent some annoying roid head?
