Stock bumper is good for a bit of pulling. Bring it out and you will be fine.
-
what do you mean a strap? how long? and a hook on the truck? lol...i probably sound like an idiot, but the whole off roading thing would be brand new to me.
Not an idiot at all. Do you have a towing package on it?
My buddy just bought a jeep thats lifted. I think i might ahve to come out and say hiDo it. Bring a subie so nick wont be the lone subaru again.
-
not that i can make it this weekend (damn early family christmas party), but do people come out with basically stock vehicles? ive got a 98 explorer, all stock, except that the previous owner put some fairly meaty tires on it. been thinking of taking it out for shits and giggles some time but i didnt know if i needed anything else...kinda like any "just incase" things i may need.
You just need a strap and somewhere solid to hook to and you will be fine. My exploder is almost stock size on 31's and I have no trouble getting around. You should definitely bring it out.

Is the drivers door/fender spray painted?
-
That would be better for me. Whats the price separated?
-
Who did the rebuild? What was replaced?

I would like to come out as well not sure what we have planned this weekend. also I have no recovery point on my Cherokee.
Bring it out!
AHH I MISS MY K5Tell John to let me borrow his mom's Tahoe and I'll come too
He would probably let you since he isn't coming now.

Usually my house on Pennsylvania Avenue but it's not set in stone.

Gf might have to take the RAV that day, so I may be calling you for a pickup on the way there.
Fine with me.
john piercal?Pedro Rizzo?
How hardcore is this? I'd like to take the rover out, but the tires on it is pretty weak.As chilled as you want. Drive until you dont want to go any further and then park and ride. Bill made it pretty far on summer tires with no ground clearance.
-
cool i might be there with my 5.9 small world for sure
So you're the "other" 5.9 they talk about..... Got it. Does it have any recovery points?
-
Yep! I think Jon and John are coming, Jack has to work. Small world.

We are getting a group together to go mess around. The plan so far is to meet in delaware at 1 this saturday. All are welcome to come and give it a go.

I'm confident its the rear seal.
-
I'll get pictures this weekend.

does all those bads make this a not so good winter daily?
Nah. Low tire pressure = better traction in snow. Just fix the tcase leak and call it.
-
1dq blizzard?
Done. Is your wife going to let you drive after the wheeling incident?

If I still have the exploder, I'll bring it out to save the Jeeps that are stuck.

BAD-
It has the most intermittent miss ever. It'll run amazing some days and run bad others.
2 tires have a slow leak
Left header leaks a bit.
Tcase has a very slow leak at the rear seal
DS door lock switch doesnt function
PS tail light is broken
Sunroof doesnt function
Scratches and dents
This picture makes it look cleaner than it is.

It seemed to make all of the Prius prospects happy to know that byers "cares" about the environment. It made for an easy conversation when I was selling at Toyota.
