Lately I have been donating blood whenever I am allowed to. But I have also been thinking I would like to start the process for donating bone marrow. Unfortunately, there is so much information to read, it is a bit overwhelming. So I was wondering if anyone here has ever donated bone marrow, and can give me their experience of the process, or know of someone that did donate. I like the idea that my blood could save a life, so the opportunity to knowingly save someone's life, or forever change it for the better, sounds amazing. Also, if you have donated, how did you feel about corresponding/meeting the recipient? I have read that it can be as open as both parties want it to be. Any information is appreciated. I am just tired of reading website articles, and would prefer to get a firsthand experience. Thanks all, Drew

I'm not sure if Penske is in this area, but I can pretty much guarantee they are cheaper than any of the others. I have recommended them to several people I know, and they always say they save money with Penske. Just in case you can't get the hook up.

I just got done looking at some more pictures of his projects. He inspired me to make some brake lines out of the empty Miller Lite case I have waiting for the recycling. I'll post some pics when I get 'em finished.

How funny that he has a, "Failed Projects" section in in FlickR account. Seems to me ALL of his "projects" should have ended up there. If he really wants to reduce weight, he should just replace his frame with a bicycle frame. That would give significant performance gains. I can't stop laughing at the fact that this guy thinks he is an engineer. All he is doing is destroying his bike, and making himself look completely retarded. I wish I could talk him into putting me as the beneficiary for his life insurance. If he's even smart enough to have any.

So my brother and his fiance are one of five finalists to win a wedding at the Titanic exhibit at COSI. It probably sounds pretty dorky to some people, but it's sort of a big deal to my family. We had three family members on the Titanic, two which survived. So here's how it works. They win a wedding for up to 50 guests, and get a short trip to Sandals for their honeymoon. All you have to do is vote by selecting the couple you want to vote for, entering your email address (I would recommend deselecting the box saying I want more information, unless you really want it), and hit submit. It would be nice to see a list of 50 states cracking down on illegal immigration. If all states would follow suit, we could then start working on the death penalty.
