Is it legit or a myth? Ever heard of 6 Star Muscle or Body Fortress brands? Any good, or garbage? I'm more familiar with EAS, TwinLab, or MetRx, but didn't see any of those at WallyWorld tonight. I'm not into brand name for brand name sake when a generic can be just as good, but also know sometimes you get what you pay for 2 teenage boys starting to lift again for football, & supposedly coach has recommended this, as have some of their buddies. I've always heard about it, but never used it before, & doing some homework before I let them

Stumbled on a pair of Adidas Kanadia trail/running shoes at Meijer yesterday Original retail of $65 Clearance price marked $32 Got up to the register & they rang another 25% off that So my final price..... $25 They must run a bit small though, especially for Adidas, which are typically roomy on me. Normally wear a size 12, but those were tight on me, & 13's fit good. Been wearing them around the house to break them in a bit Anybody else wearing these?? W9D1 done 25 degrees @ 18:00 Roads were better…. Snow mostly tight pack. Pace apparently a little quicker tonight, as made it a little farther by 28 min mark. Thighs were feeling burn/drain tonight. Shins have felt good the last few outings Lost couple lbs after the run 25 down.... 2 to go

You're the one runnin' this show Ben..... I'd say whatever is easiest &/or most enjoyable for you, either now or in the long run. You've stated repeatedly you're not making any $$ off this site, so I'd say use the K.I.S.S method, unless you enjoy the challenge of working the bugs out of the new version for us BTW.... DTC calls dibs on your v3 whenever you do decide to upgrade

Cracks me up.... Nowhere in Vin & Cody's bios do they mention OCC by name, & Cody doesn't even mention anything about his "Uncle" when talking about his big break & first job They just keep referring it as a "small local custom bike shop"

W8 complete 26 degrees @ 13:30 Blizzard 2010 v2.0 beginning Tough run…. Felt more like an obstacle course out there these last few times. Several inches of fresh powder already. Footing was terrible. Kept wanting to quit & almost did sooo many times. I sure hope these adverse conditions lately pay dividends with my pace/distance later when weather/roads are clear again 24 down… 3 to go

That show started going downhill when Vin left. I keep saying I hope him, Jr, & Mikey get their own show, as they were always the fun ones to watch. Plus.... The sparks seemed to fly between Kate Gosselin & Mikey, so maybe they could have a "Chopper Kate + 8" or somethin' The show/shop has gotten stale & boring without Mikey there. He was comedic relief, even though pretty much useless otherwise. I've been watching again this season, just to keep up with what Mikey & Jr are up to & to keep an eye on the train wreck. While Mikey & Pauly aren't exactly model employees, there's gotta be somethin' to the fact that his oldest, Danny, is rumored not to talk to him either, supposedly his daughter as well. Even Mikey said in last weeks episode that he loves his father, but doesn't agree with him on anything.... And Mikey's always been the peacemaker & the one who could get Sr. to laugh This vid clip's pretty funny though.... WTF kind of business owner acts like this?? Geee....
