Casey isnt lying on that one. I dont know how many times I have heard stories from the Deputies going to a gov assistance housing on a call to see huge flat panel tvs, ps3, xbox's, Ipod etc.

I agree that if you get gov. assistants there should be some time of birth control, but besides knotting the tubes all other means of birth control would be affected by the drugs these people are abusing.

So I was told today that Kentucky passed a law the requires you to pass a drug test to get any kind of assistance (food stamps an such). I googled but failed to find anything. Anyone heard of this? I think it would be a fabulous idea!
