182 workouts in 2010. I did that resolution in 2008 and it motivated me all year long. A workout can be running on the trail, rollerblading, going to the gym or doing stuff at home. In August, when I'm getting lazy I can look at my calender and count how many I've done and it usually revitalizes me. I know it seems lame cause everyone resolves to lose weight but exercise keeps me sane and healthy so it's an all around resolution.
