  1. Sounds great! It's still the 19th right? Will there be a separate thread?
  2. fun! Post up your wedding photo!
  3. Nick, kudos for putting together such a big shindig and showing us the best roads Dayton has to offer! Uncle Punk, you were like a ninja sneaking down to ride with us! It was great to see you and the baby and much appreciation for all the work you did to keep our group from getting broken up. Fusion, nice to officially meet you and thank you for helping keep the group from getting broken up. BikerBoy, I totally didn't think you would ride all the way down to us. You're a tough rider! The nice fella in the Browns shirt, I hope you're not too sore and I'm glad it was just a low speed get off. Suntorn, sorry about the damage to your bike and more importantly to your person! I hope you're on the mend quickly and back out riding with us. ps - it was FRICKEN HOT today!!!!!!!!
  4. Honestly, I thought you guys did great and I really appreciated the extra effort to keep the HUGE group together. If someone was offended by you buzzing back and forth in your effort to help, maybe a larger group ride isn't for them. So on the other side of the spectrum.... thank you!
  5. I could do Tuesday! I have plans for Memorial Day Monday.... that would be awesome if anyone else in cbus is picking stuff up from you. I wouldn't want you to go out of your way for just me, though
  6. Brian, do you still come up to Iron Pony? I could meet you there.....
  7. he just needed an excuse to use the Asshole smiley!
  8. Cool, thanks dude. Seriously, having the jitters is totally normal for a track day but NESBA will provide enough information for you to have fun and learn alot! You will love it and quite possibly get hooked on track days You're definitely not alone!
  9. Cool. That just might work, depending on how your situation plays out. Keep me posted!
  10. hah.... Ashland..... that's where Schmuck and I are both from!
  11. I'm getting pumped, dude!!!!

  12. Crap! And here I was following you all through Coshocton 2 months ago!
  13. I wonder if one counts DVR'ed recordings and one only live views? I always wonder about that because I avidly follow several shows but I DVR every single one and watch at a later date. I still think it should count towards the shows' viewerships though.
  14. Brian, if the Scorpion 700 Fury Black/Silver helmet fits me, I'll take it. I'd also like to have the Arai shield in light smoke.
  15. At least it was just a low speed accident but I'm sure you still had that 'oh shit' feeling as you were grabbing brakes. Glad you're ok!
  16. You know, I wouldn't say he was a 'tool' for riding that way, just that he might have been inexperienced. I feel like I probably rode like that my first few group rides of my first season. Going to the track really helped me learn to choose a line and a comfortable speed. I'm still learning, so I'm not nearly as smooth and quick as I would like to be! I usually place myself right at mid-pack and move forward or back from there. I just chaulk his mistake up to inexperience, though, and I guess reading stuff like this on a forum helps people to learn that it's better to ride at your own pace than to feel out of control, screaming up the straights and nervous in the corners. I thought you brought up a really good point and thank you for the reminder!
  17. Well from anybody, then. If it was a guy who noticed some warning signs, how should he approach that situation?
  18. Nice! Squid reputation aside, I love my '07 gsxr600! ps- I am in no way squidly, it just seems to be a stigma that goes with this bike
