It's a house that I am considering buying. I had cmoosego in there to give me a quote on some stuff that I wanted to be done. The den is decorated with this really horrible sailboat wallpaper and the 1/2 bath has a plaquard that says 'captain's quarters'. It's actually pretty hilarious.

I found a house I am going to make an offer on.... We're going to take a second look at it on Saturday at 11:30 but I know for sure that the carpet would need to be replaced. Would that be something that you would want to come give me an estimate for?

I was in there when I was shopping for my first bike but their prices were high and they didnt seem willing to negotiate so I never went back.
