the hospital/football parking overflow lot right off ackerman/315. go after 6 or 7 and its always empty, just watch out for transportation&parking as they sometimes kick you out "no driver training"

i dont believe the police would have determined a speed yet, or if they have then they are not going to release it just yet. i agree with one of the above post it was probably based on witness accounts, smaller objects appear to be moving faster, he also could have been in a lower gear with engine revs high sounding faster etc...

how would he find out what bank they used if there isn't even a way to contact them? or would his best avenue just go straight to the bmv or state title office and go from there?
