It helps if you have and are handi with a multimeter...an amp clamp is even more of a plus.
Why are you working with a non local tuner. Your foolish for not letting IPS take are of tuning. And if there is no SD, do a MAF tune, that's what I'm running.
I guess I find any infraction system where we dont know the rules or guidelines , flawed from the get go. Sounds like a biased system IMO. Not that it matters because I know it doesn't.
